82A Orton Street is located in the heart of the gorgeous beach town, Ocean Grove. This modern two-storey house is just a stones throw from the main shopping precinct and only 200 metres from the beach!

82A Orton Street has 5 bedrooms, sleeping up to 10 people in comfort. There are two bathrooms (includes ensuite) and three toilets to accommodate everyone.
The open plan living, dining and lounge room is located upstairs and is full of character and space for everyone to relax. This area then leads onto an outdoor balcony area with BBQ and outdoor setting to relish the beautiful sea air.

SPA
At the end of a busy day shopping, playing and general holidaying, enjoy some relaxation time in the undercover 5 seater luxury spa.

GAMES ROOM
The house also has a games room, fully equipped with a foosball table, air hockey table, hookey set, TV, Foxtel, Nintendo Switch and PS4 consoles and games and skateboards (& helmets) creating hours of enjoyment for the whole family!

HEATING & COOLING
The property has split systems, panel heaters and ceiling fans to create a comfortable environment for your holiday. There is also a gas log fire in the lounge room to enjoy in the cooler months.

At 82A Orton Street we provide helpful items for the little ones, making packing a little easier for parents! A port-a-cot, 2 highchairs, 2 x bed rails, stroller, children's crockery and cutlery, books, DVD's and toys are all provided. The upstairs level is also fitted with a safety gate at the top of the stairs.

Best of the best

We spent 10 wonderful days as a family here at the end of January. The house exceeded our expectations. Location was great, we didn't need to use our cars at all. Entertainment was fully covered with games, tv, spa, bbq and even though we didn't need it, plenty of toddler and kiddy accessories. I would highly recommend this house for a big family group holiday.

Excellent Property

We had a great time. It was our annual schoolgirl's weekend. House was perfect for what we wanted. Position was convenient - a short walk to shops and beach. Beds were super comfortable. Loved the fire place. And it was lovely to all be able to sit around the table at meal times. And I must say it was beautifully decorated.

Great stay!

Wonderful home with everything you need in one place! The home was lovely in regards to decor and it literally had everything you need for cooking and entertaining. Was pleasantly surprised at how much was provided at this home. Cleanliness was spot on, beds were comfy - definitely a plus that covers, pillows and towels were provided. 10/10 would definitely stay here again and recommend as well! Thank you for having us!
