The Space:
Cruickshank Retreat is a beautiful 4-bedroom home in Ocean Grove accommodating a wide selection of guests (including their pets), perfect for adults, children* and corporate groups. This holiday house is fully equipped to make you feel at home, including gas ducted heating and an air conditioner upstairs to keep you comfortable during both Summer and Winter stays.

Take in the expansive views over Ocean Grove, the Barwon River and across to the Barwon Heads Bluff. You can watch ships cruise past in the distance from the front balcony and the sunset over Connewarre Reserve.

The home is in a convenient location, being 3kms from OG Main Beach, 1.5km to OG Golf club, boat ramp and river precinct, 1.2km from good coffee and food at Groove Cafe, 900m to Blue Waters Lake reserve and adjacent adventure playground, 3.6km to OG Main Street (The Terrace), 5.7km to Adventure Park, 21km to Geelong.

The property sleeps 10 guests over 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor, as you enter the home, is the 4th bedroom with a Queen bed and 2 singles. The room includes a wall-mounted TV, couch, children's toy corner and its own powder room with vanity and toilet. Heading upstairs, you will find the other 3 bedrooms off the hallway at the rear of the home. All three bedrooms have Queen beds. All linen and towels are supplied for your stay.

The main bathroom is located upstairs with a shower over bath setup. The main bedroom has access to its own private ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet.

The generous kitchen, dining area is filled with natural light from the large windows looking out towards the outdoor entertainment area and pool on one side, with views over Ocean Grove on the other. The kitchen is equipped with gas cooking, wide breakfast bar, a dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine and more. The coffee maker is a De'Longhi Coffee machine which is compatible with any Nespresso Original Pods. Please Note: Pods are not provided, you will need to bring your own. Additional cooking facilities include the outdoor BBQ and wood-fired pizza oven.

There is an array of living/entertainment options available, including multiple outdoor entertainment/dining areas, FREE Wi-Fi , Smart TV upstairs ready for you to stream all your favourite channels, & TV with Chromecast downstairs, fuse ball table and a bunch of board games. Outside, you have a patio area with a dip pool and spa.

PLEASE NOTE THE SPA IS HEATED BUT THE CONNECTED DIP POOL IS NOT.
YOU WILL NEED TO BRING ALONG YOUR OWN POOL/BEACH TOWELS.
Ensure you wash off beach sand from your body and bathers before going to the spa.

*Please note that there is a large staircase in the property and several balconies that could pose a risk to toddlers. Whilst a baby gate is provided, the property is best suited for children > 5yrs of age. Please always supervise toddlers.
