• Two of the bedrooms are masters, one enjoying a walk-in robe, TV and ensuite, while the other has a small parent retreat with lounge and TV and enjoys beautiful water views.
 
Modern well equipped home situated right on the lakefront with gentle sloping grass reserve to the water’s edge shaded by majestic gumtrees. Kayaks and canoes are provided with assorted life jackets and bicycles with helmets, bike, scooters and watercraft used at guests' own risk. With plenty of room for kids to play while you sit back under an undercover patio or on the benches around the fire pit with a drink in hand watching the amazing sunsets. A barbeque is provided for relaxed summer outdoor dinners and entertaining.
 
The home has fantastic water views from the kitchen, family and dining room as well as the lounge room.
 
A games room is setup with pool table and dartboard to keep the kids entertained and to encourage some great family fun after a day on the water or when the weather calls for indoor activities. Board games, books and DVDs are also provided.
 
Access to a shared jetty in front of the house and a private buoy that you can moor your boat to. There is also a public ramp 700 meters down the road with access to picnic and BBQ reserve with an enclosed swimming area.
 
The home is situated on the southern shores of beautiful Lake Macquarie which is Australia's largest inland saltwater lake. Situated at the northern end of the NSW Central Coast and is a comfortable 70-minute drive from Sydney. The home is on a quiet street offering two off street car parks along with ample street parking.  
 
Lake Macquarie is perfect for all water activities including sailing, water skiing, wake boarding, canoeing, swimming and fishing and the lake is large enough that it never becomes overcrowded with boats. It is the perfect location to relax with the family or to escape on a romantic getaway.
 
Beautiful Beaches and National parks are only a short drive away. Local tourist brochures and maps are provided for you to browse.
 
Situated on the tranquil water’s edge this home has four upstairs bedrooms which sleeps 8 adults and up to 9 including children. Two of the bedrooms are masters, one enjoying a walk-in robe, TV and ensuite while the other has a small parent retreat with lounge and TV and enjoys beautiful water views. The third bedroom has a triple bunk (single bed above a double bed), the fourth bedroom has a Queen bed, most bedrooms have a view of the water. The main bathroom is central to bedrooms and includes a shower and bath.
 
Full sized laundry downstairs with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities and with separate toilet. Modern kitchen with granite bench, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, stainless steel fridge and Nespresso coffee machine.

'Chilling Lakeside' is only 5 minutes stroll to the local shops which includes IGA supermarket a pizzeria, takeaway store, bottle shop, cafe, bakery, coffee shop, post office and service station operating also as a general store.
Five minutes drive to Doyalson north you will find a Woolworths, BWS, Jamaica blue cafe, takeaways including, Asian, Indian, kebab, subway. Lake Haven shopping centre is only 10 minutes drive and has all your shopping needs including an 8-cinema complex and indoor recreation centre.
 
Doylos RSL club is 5 minutes drive where you can enjoy a great meal at the bistro and bar where there is an undercover outdoor restaurant. A courtesy bus is available.
 
In addition to the waterfront location, beautiful sunsets and tranquillity are the many features of the home to ensure a relaxing stay.
 
Tuggerah Westfield is 20 minutes drive with cinemas and many restaurants.
