Alice's Lake House is a true oasis, set on 1,777 sqm of beautifully established gardens with panoramic water views. This grand old home boasts 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 an Ensuite) & home office. The two lounges & a formal dining area spill out onto a wrap around balcony. Enjoy the view even from the enclosed pool and deck at the rear of this amazing home.

Across the road is the Eleebana to Booragul, Warners Bay Foreshore walk is across the road.
This premium walking trail cycle way along the lake takes you to restaurants in Warners Bay which is a 30 minute walk.
And cafes/bar in the opposite direction which is a 12 min walk.
Beaches are a short drive away.
Merewether Beach is 13km (16min drive)
Redhead Beach is 12km (15min drive)
Blacksmiths Beach is 14km (16min drive)
The pool is undercover using an eclipse opening roof.

We had a wonderful stay here, 8 adults & 4 children, the house was very spacious the bedrooms very good size.Kitchen had everything that was needed, and the view excellent. Definitely a great house for a family gathering.

The home is beautiful and the outdoor / pool area made monitoring the kids in the pool so easy. Would happily recommend this place to all. Very family friendly and it was nice to bring our little dog with us as well. Naomi was a fantastic host. We really didn’t have much need to call on her but she was really responsive when we did.

Perfect family stay

This home was perfect for our family break of 5 nights. The property is excellent, very clean and lots of room for our family of six adults, four teenagers and two cavoodles. The kitchen is well equipped. The pool was fabulous with lots of area outside pool enclosure to BBQ and sit around and relax. Naomi was wonderful in answering queries and ensuring our stay was enjoyable.

2nd time staying in this beautiful property. Photos do not do this house justice. The view from balcony is amazing. Property manager is always quick to respond to all queries. Close to many cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Will return.

The house is located with amazing views, and pet friendly, well set out spaces with different entertaining areas and plenty of room inside to relax as well and the air con works great. The house is a little tired and in need of repair in some areas, that didn't bother us. The oven was hard to understand how to work it as there were no markings on the dials but again we got by, The gas bottle for the bbq was left empty, little things but we were still happy with our stay. Just a warning too, I have always staying in places with a pantry of staples, sauces, oil ect, this didn't have that. I still think it's good just not as good as others I have stayed in. Still had a great catchup with friends here.
