Great Location and accommodation

We arrived during a drinking water issue in Kyneton and found loads of bottled water for us on arrival which was much appreciated. Accommodation was clean and appeared as advertised and had everything we needed (except WiFi). Lisa our Property Manager was great. Very helpful and keen to ensure everything was ok during our stay.

Kyneton apartment

Great location, well-equipped, clean, stocked with everything you need to make breakfast. The only thing to be aware of is the fairly steep stairs up the apartment but that is only an issue if you have big heavy luggage. It was a little confusing to find the entrance since it's at the back of the block and isn't sign posted. Otherwise, recommended!

Last 9 years Blue Rosella have been a very popular bed and breakfast accommodation, guests coming from all over Australia and overseas. Hope to see you again in future. Please refer Blue Rosella to your family and friends. Just a note: The windows in lounge and bedroom were open and light on the staircase was also on. We the owners found that after two days, while our house keeper was on holidays.

Disappointed

The decor is very average, the outdoor furniture on the deck is no longer there. An expensive price for an average property. You were asked to take off your shoes at the bottom of the steep stairs only to find that they have timber laminate floors! On a positive note the bed was comfortable!

Its a very modern unit with all the latest equipments and furniture. 99% of our guest gave us very good comments always. We had to replace the balcony furniture, as the previous one was fading from sun lights. We are glad you had a good sleep. We will give the place a fresh look. Modern, Great Location and Spotlessly Clean. We spent 3 nights at Blue Rosella on Piper and had a wonderful time. It is always tricky to find a modern property in historical town and this was a great find. The location was perfect and the apartment was well presented and very generous in the breakfast items provided. Quality fittings through out and excellent beddings and towels were provided. There were two bedrooms each with their own ensuite and it was perfect for us as a couple and 2 girlfriends for the weekend.The place was spotless and spacious, the outdoor balcony would have been perfect in summer for breakfast or an afternoon drinks and watch the world go by. The heating in the living area and the master bedroom was much appreciated when we stayed as the temperature dipped below 5 degrees. We did note the second bedroom had no heating and contacted Lisa the housekeeper and she was ultra responsive and helpful. She was able to provide a portable unit for our guests when they arrived the next day.There were a number of requests we made during our stay and Lisa has been wonderful, very responsive and also followed up to make sure all is well. The owners of the apartment were also very responsive whenever we reached out to them. Overall it was a great and relaxing short stay for us.

Lovely, clean and inspiring space in a great location! Highly recommend!

My partner and I came here for a summer get away and were not only impressed with the space, but also all the town itself. Has an upper-class, country feel that was very nice indeed. Does not have wifi but that's literally the only thing you could say about this place that might off put some. If you're thinking you may want to come here, just do it. You will not regret 😁

It is an upper-class country feel accommodation with all modern amenities and tree top view of historic Piper Street from the balcony. We had wifi but not many guest wanted it as they used their own mobile data. However, the purpose of coming to a country town is to get away from all daily routine and so much to see around Kyneton and surrounding towns. You have been an excellent guest and left the place clean and tidy. Look forward to welcome you back again.

Cozy and Great Area

We stayed 3 nights and the house was fantastic. Had all the required amenities and cleaning and provision of sheets and everything was really good. Only a few areas of concern would be the room that I got did not have an aircon and the bed was not comfortable - had back pain. The house charges $100 per person extra per night which is a bit excessive in my opinion. House was very clean, good pots and pans, good cleaning supplies and very spacious. Great host.

The Unit has two split systems, one in the lounge and in the main bedroom to heat and cool the whole unit. The lounge room split system cools down the second bedroom easily.. This is the way the design was done by an architect. It was clearly evident that there was an extra guest on top of three guests you booked. You used extra two pillows without pillow cover and extra quilt which were stored in the cupboard. This caused extra cleaning and laundry cost. As per our policy you owe us an additional amount of $300 for the extra guest for three nights. Also you left the place uncleaned. You are the only person who complained about the bed.

Perfect Piper st

Rosella House on Piper St is a fantastic location as it's walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. We loved sitting out on the porch above the shop below. Had a birds eye view of all the comings and going of the street. Rosella House was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Rizwana was great with communication and directions for the key collection.

Great location and well appointed, neat, clean. Good breakfast provisions and the heater works well. However, it’s advertised as having a hot tub but there’s only a bath. Also, due to a miscommunication between the owners and the building manager, the building manager let herself in on the second day of our stay, thinking we’d left. We had to show her our booking confirmation to prove we’d booked for two nights.

Wonderfully relaxing stay

New, very clean and comfortable, tasteful decor. Great location, central to Kyneton shopping areas. Would recommend a stay at this property which has two bedrooms and two bathrooms so great for a family or two couples.
