El primer piso significa que no hay escalones para subir. Condo ha sido profesionalmente remodelado y mantenido impecablemente. Esta unidad cuenta con 2 dormitorios / 2 baños completos con encimeras de granito, gabinetes de calidad personalizados / muebles y electrodomésticos de cocina de acero inoxidable. Mucho espacio de almacenamiento disponible en un amplio vestidor personalizado y espacio de almacenamiento privado al aire libre equipado con todas sus necesidades de playa, incluidas 4 sillas de playa, sombrilla, carpa de playa, refrigerador con ruedas y vagón de playa.

Peppertree Bay es una asociación de Bay to Beach con acceso privado a la playa. This is a beautiful here condo with lots of very high quality furnishings: towels, dishes, drawers full of kitchen utensils. Obviously a perfect view of the intercoastal waterway and very nice hosts. Don't hesitate, its perfect for a couple getaway.

We extended our time away, took the scenic route home and just finished our travels.We had a wonderful stay, absolutely flawless. As someone who is meticulous about cleanliness and organization, we were so impressed by how well-maintained and sparkling clean the unit was upon our arrival. We felt right at home immediately—it was clear the owners have the same attention to detail as we do in our own home.We took great care to leave the space exactly as we found it (if not better!), as we truly appreciated the pride of ownership here. My husband and I are already looking forward to our next visit to this area.This rental truly balances that mix of nice meets relaxing cozy feel. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful Vacation Destination

This condo was absolutely gorgeous. The view of the bay is just beautiful and the pictures don’t do it justice! Everything is high end in this condo and you really don’t need to bring anything but your clothes because everything is provided for you. From beach chairs and towels to a small cooler to bring to the beach or pool(s), this place has it all. If we had one thing we wish was better we would have liked a larger shower in the guest bathroom, but you can’t change that! The walk to the beach took about 7 minutes and although we had to cross the street to get to our gated private beach, we never minded. The walk was an easy trade off for the wonderful view we woke up to every day. The pool on our side of the street (there are two on the property) was like a garden oasis with brick paved paths through well manicured foliage. The owners were great to deal with and responded quickly to any questions we had. They left maps of the area and many recommendations for the best restaurants and activities that are on Siesta Key. We couldn’t have asked for anything more!

A Jewel In Siesta Key

Excellent property with all new, premium amenities. We stayed for the month of March and the condo had everything we needed from the nice linens, to a very well appointed kitchen, to all the beach accessories we needed. The beds all had new mattresses and were very comfortable with all bedrooms having a tv. The view from the patio was breathtaking as it is directly on The Bay and you can enjoy watching the boats go by. The condo is well situated across from the beach and in the middle of Siesta Key Village and Captain Kurt’s. You can easily walk to the market at the corner within 15 min. and the free trolley stops right at the Peppertree complex. There is organized tennis three times a week that we thoroughly enjoyed and 2 pools for your use. The owners were great and readily available to answer any questions.

The unit was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The location for us was very accommodating. The owners were very helpful with everything we needed and also with recommendations on what to do and see. The private beach was a short walk and watching the boats and dolphins from the back patio was always enjoyable.

Even Better Than Expected

The condo property is more toward the southern end of siesta key. Walking distance to some restaurants, a supermarket and ice cream place. Beautiful condo grounds and pools. The condo is on the bayside and has a pool nearby but there are trees and buildings surrounding the pool so it doesn’t get a ton of sunshine. The main pool is on the gulf side. It’s a couple minute walk and across the main road. The condo has a nice keyless smart lock so you don’t have to remember keys every time you leave. There is a dedicated parking spot right in front of the condo so it’s easy to get in and out with groceries or kids. It’s on the first floor so no going up and down steps. When we arrived and got keys from the front office it was very easy. Got into the condo and we were very impressed with basically everything inside. It was nicely decorated. The couches and chairs were very comfortable. I setup my laptop and worked at the dining table all month with no issue. The king bed is clearly newer and super comfortable. It was as nice as my bed at home which was surprising for a rental. The condo has literally anything and everything you could think of that you might need. Nice soft bath towels, big beach towels, soft side cooler for drinks, every pot, pan, and kitchen utensil you could need. Basically you can bring your clothes and nothing else and you’d be good here for months. We had some questions on the area and reached out to the owners who were extremely responsive and bent over backwards to assist us. My wife asked if there was a hair dryer and the previous renter had accidentally packed it when they left. The owner overnighted a new one from Amazon. We couldn’t have picked a better place. Our only mistake was not staying longer.

Beautiful condo and beautiful location

This condo is perfect....very clean, updated, perfect location with a beautiful bay view. All necessities for the beach are provided. Teressa was wonderful and gave prompt answers to many questions. We will stay here again!
