Unidad 162 - 1 dormitorio 1 1/2 baño Club Side Interior Condominio

Este tercer piso de 1 dormitorio y 1 ½ baño en condominio está ubicado en el lado del Golfo de nuestra propiedad. Debido a su ubicación central en nuestra propiedad, está a un corto paseo de nuestra playa de arena blanca, canchas de tenis, piscinas y barbacoas de carbón. También es un paseo muy corto a la parte de la Bahía de nuestra propiedad, que cuenta con una bañera de hidromasaje y una segunda piscina. Para cumplir con el Código de Incendios del Condado de Sarasota, esta unidad tiene capacidad para un máximo de cuatro personas. El dormitorio, decorado de manera cómoda, está amueblado con dos camas tamaño queen con un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 ", y hay un sofá cama en la sala de estar con un televisor de pantalla plana de 42" con servicio de TV de alta definición. El baño tiene una conveniente ducha a ras de suelo, mientras que el medio baño está equipado con un lavamanos y un inodoro. La cocina espaciosa y abierta está totalmente equipada con todos los elementos que necesita para cocinar: ollas / sartenes, platos, utensilios, tostadora y cafetera. El condominio est�� completamente embaldosado. También hay un patio exterior cómodamente amueblado, con mosquitero, para que pueda disfrutar de nuestras c��lidas brisas tropicales con sus amigos y familiares.

Wonderful beach vacation!

Reviewer Comments: This unit was clean but had a strong, musty odor when we first arrived; however, keeping the windows & doors opened throughout our stay eliminated the issue. Enjoyed the screened lanai for morning coffee. Such a lovely breeze that we had no need for A/C. Beds were comfy and the shower was strong. Could have used another nightstand/lamp & a clock/radio in the bedroom. Large appliances could be improved a bit, and some microwave ware & beach chairs would have been helpful (chaises on the beach were not always available). Palm Bay Club felt safe, grounds were tidy with beautiful palms and landscaping; staff, maintenance & security were friendly, helpful & professional. Had an issue with the plumbing and it was handled immediately. Pool was heated and heavenly -- large enough for laps. Tennis courts were usually available, although some guests overlooked reserving a slot. Fitness Ctr was well-equipped. Only thing missing was a playground -- & a shower near the pool (if there is one, we couldn't find it). Suggest posting speed limit signs along the drive leading to the beach. Siesta Key is easy to walk with a nice variety of restaurants in the Village -- & the free trolley was a great bonus. Without a doubt, it's the most beautiful beach we've ever visited -- but also the most crowded. Overall, we had a wonderful time at Palm Bay, never ran out of things to do and slept like babies at night! The week was over too soon.

Needs updating

Reviewer Comments: The unit we stayed in was outdated and the furniture and appliances were not very clean. The blinds were broken when we arrived and it took a couple of day for maintenance to come repair. We used a blanket to cover the window. The blanket we used looked like an old dirty blanket that should have been discarded years ago. I actually bought two new blankets and a pillow so we didn’t have to use what was there. The toilet in one of the bathrooms constantly ran and you would have to take off the lid and manually adjust the flap every time you used it. The property itself and the pools were well maintained. I was in several other units that were clean and updated. Would not recommend the unit we stayed in.

Beautiful area

We loved Siesta Key and the property was very nice. However, the first condo appeared very clean but, we woke up the second morning and discovered we had roaches in the kitchen area, when we called the office to report the issue they were quick to move us out and put us in a different condo that was very clean and nice, we had no issues there. I think the roach issue is due to the garbage shoot being right beside the condo door. The rest of our stay was perfect.

Hidden Gem!

This resort is so beautiful and picturesque. It was a quick walk to the beach and pool. The condo we stayed in was very nice. Having beach chairs available on the beach was a super convenient. Would highly recommend coming back!
