The accommodations were quite good and the bathrooms were a lot more cleaner than I’d expected. Overall we were provided for a lot for the amount paid. It’d been better if the room with the bunk beds could have a bigger light bulb, as it was dim but overall the main bedroom was more comfortable to rest in.

Holiday house accommodation

The cottage was well equipped & comfortable and the location was great. The cleanliness was a bit disappointing. E.g. ventilation fans & vents badly needed cleaning. Some modest refurbishments like a coat of paint & some new window treatments would greatly improve the appeal of the cottage

Nightmare

My accomodation was cancelled by the so called "host" at 7pm the night before we were due to book in. It is now 3 weeks later and i have still only received a partial refund. Have sent 2 emails to so called "host" requesting the rest of my refund and have had no response. Worst company i have ever dealt with, would recommend that you book with anyone other than Stayz

Security a big issue

Back door in dis-repair. Handle on outside ok to gain access but from inside no handle and no lock. Anyone could have entered from outside. Difficult to have a good sleep when the accommodation is not secure. Image available if required

Booking and follow up communication was excellent. Any enquiries and changes were answered and confirmed in a very short time. Linen was very worn and no protectors on pillows kitchen utensils a very mixed lot and cooking pans jot cleaned well.

Top Spot Shack

Very basic - no extras like coffee & shampoo. An old shack in a good location ready to be knocked down. Expensive for what it was.

I can not believe your comments. This is very insulting. Its budget beach house accommodation with photos of the cottage (shack in your words) in a great location and obviously you have issues understanding this. In the reply sent to you on booking Coffee, tea etc you are asked to bring your own as we are trying to keep our cost down and affordable for all. Our accommodation is the cheapest in Jurien and we have many repeat bookings. You should have contacted our manager if you had any issues and they would have been happy to assist you instead of being a keyboard warrior. Have a nice day.

Great Stay at the cottages. Would absolutely stay there again. Hosts were easy to contact and property was clean and well equipped with all that we needed. Close to everything.

We booked this cottage because it had 3 beds to accommodate 3 people (not related). Why were only two beds made up? The third bed did not have sheets.

Affordable, nice,cute and clean cottage

The cottage is fully self contained with cooking facilities. Nice and clean. Good bathroom. Right opposite shops. It was just my husband and me and our beloved kelpie staying this time. But it is perfect for a family and very affordable. TV remote needs fixing though. It won’t turn on the TV.

Value for money

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It is very central to all the attractions and a short stroll to the beach. The only issue we had was the hot water was not hot enough. While having a shower the water would go from luke warm to cold in an instant. Some attention can be given to the gas pressure. Overall excellent value for money.
