This great home in Boroncana lies nestled in a beautiful and popular area in Noord. The property is a lovely, modern and spacious free standing villa, located close to the beaches and at a 3 minutes drive to the Palm Beach hotel area with many restaurants, casinos, activities, supermarkets and shopping.

This beautiful home offers 3 very nice air conditioned bedrooms, 2 full and modern bathrooms, a well equipped air conditioned kitchen-living room perfect to entertain and make some delicious dishes. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a large tv.

Our home expresses a Modern Caribbean décor and atmosphere.
There is a covered beautiful porch to enjoy breakfast, lunches and dinners outdoors, so you can thoroughly enjoy the island breeze.
We have a private and spacious garden with a swimming pool, perfect to cool off on a very sunny day. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer, restroom and an outdoor shower.

We value your safety so we have an alarm system that is connected to a professional security company and a safe to store your valuables.
Furthermore you can park on the driveway, we have WiFi, we offer beach chairs, a cooler, anything you need for a great vacation.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Upon arrival, there is a cash cleaning fee of $220 USD for the cleaning after your stay. This is not charged through VRBO because your rental payment goes to the homeowners' bank account in America. The cleaning gets done by a local company in Aruba, so it is more efficient to have the cleaning paid out on location.

We highly recommend you take out travel insurance as soon as you book your trip as this provides you with immediate cover for unforeseen emergencies. Travel insurance helps cover financial losses associated with surprise circumstances that could ruin a trip, including illness, injury, accidents, flight or other transportation delays, and other issues. Please understand that if you do not have travel insurance, any losses because of emergencies will be at your own risk and we uphold our VRBO cancellation policy and only refund according to this policy.

Your water and electricity is INCLUDED in your rental.
However, we do take meter readings and ask our guests to be energy concious and report running toilets, turn off AC when the rooms are not in use.
