The hot tub was beautiful. The kitchen had everything that one would want, and we love to cook. The house was lovely and comfortable…..lots of places to gather and talk. The rooftop was wonderful with the grill. A good table is up on the rooftop with plenty of chairs to eat. Totally enjoyable and one house across from the beach

Nice beach house

We had a fantastic stay at this Long Beach house. The location couldn’t have been better — close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, but still in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. The house was clean, stylish, and felt like home from the moment we walked in.It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy beds and plenty of space to unwind. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area — great for evening hangouts or just soaking up the California sun.

Great property with the exception of internet access. WiFi is nonexistent in some of the house and when you can get on, internet is very slow. A property of this price range should never have an issue like this. Understand trying to keep cost low, but skimping here would make us question renting again next year.

Living my best life in Long Beach

Property as shown in pics - beautiful! Would stay again. Many amenities. There were even skewers for shiskabobs. Few minor flaws, like no central air - but plenty of floor fans that needed a little cleaning.. AC never needed. The property Manager was responsive and helpful when we reached out. Lovely neighborhood.

The house is very nice, clean and modern and has plenty of room. Its very near the beach and restaurants, pubs and shopping (short walks). Awesome roof deck with great views and grill kitchen. One BIG problem was it was hot weather and the A/C was not cooling the house. Very hot and at times uncomfortable, so during hot months be aware. If that gets fixed its a perfect rental.

Everything about this house and VRBO rental was spot on perfect. Every year we rent a house for this week for a birthday celebration that always falls on or near Labor Day weekend. This is the 5th year doing this and we have found the perfect house for this celebration. It's everything as it's described and more. And the hosts were perfect and helpful. Wish I could buy this house lol, but I'll settle for being hopeful to rent it again next year for Labor Day Weekend.Thanks Tamara!CheersChristopher

Awesome location!

We had such a great time at Tamara's house for my finances 30th birthday. The location was perfect between the beach and shopping/restaurants! She had everything we needed and more and was very quick to respond to any questions. Would highly recommend her place!

Wonderful family beach getaway!

Our family beach trip here was truly wonderful. Tamara goes above and beyond to ensure every detail is covered. The house is relaxing and has everything you need, for a worry free stay. The rooftop views and amenities are in itself amazing! I would definitely recommend this location to anyone considering a family beach getaway.

We had an amazing, magical stay at this property!! It was absolutely perfect!

I could not have asked for more!! It was everything we dreamed it would be. The beautiful decor, easy beach access, rooftop views and of course the rooftop hot tub!! The owner went above and beyond to make it extra special for our event. She is super friendly and easy to communicate with! It was awesome!!

Fantastic spot for rooftop views, beach access and local restaurants

We were very impressed with the property! It was close to the beach and walking distance from restaurants and anything else you needed. The house itself had a fun and colorful demeanor. It was very clean, it had every amenity you could think of and the best part with the rooftop area where you had a jacuzzi, fire pit, dining area with bar and bbq. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone and would love to go back again!

Ideal location with plenty of space

As two families traveling together with four kids under age 13, we were looking for a property with plenty of living/sleeping space and convenience to the beach. This house delivered on all fronts! Ideally located just a few steps to the sand and a few blocks to Second Street in Belmont Shore, we had no need to drive anywhere. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need from kitchen appliances and BBQ tools to extra linens, WiFi and beach essentials (coolers, chairs, umbrellas and sand toys). The rooftop deck is a true gem allowing for beautiful views of the ocean and mountains. There are instructions conveniently located around the property for light switches, jacuzzi knobs and trash pickup schedules making it super easy to operate anything at the house. Plus, a full size attached garage for 2 SUVs was a bonus for a town where street parking can be hard to find. On top of all of this, Tamara was extremely helpful and communicative leading up to, during and following our stay and even had a chilled bottle of wine waiting for us in the refrigerator upon arrival. Thanks again for a fantastic experience our families will remember forever!

Wonderful stay

The home is so close to the beach where you can watch the kite surfers from the rooftop patio! The home is very comfortable and has all the amenities. Beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are large and also are stocked. Plenty of supplies for beach fun like chairs and umbrella. Jacuzzi by the fire was one of our favorite ways to get ready for sleep. Owner is extremely gracious and made the place very welcoming when we arrived. Highly recommend this property!

Post Covid Girls Trip 2020

This was exactly what we all needed!! The property was beautiful and clean. Very spacious. The bathrooms/showers were the best part hands down. A wonderful experience. Word to the wise the neighbor across the street WILL remind you about the time - as landed late so we weren’t sleepy so we wanted to chill outside but it was 1am in his defense. Overall, when we come back to Cali we WILL be looking for Tammy (Tamara we just give everyone nicknames🤣) she was AWESOME!!

Worth it in every way!

We loved our stay here at Belmont Shore! We had a less-than-pleasant experience with a place in Newport Beach last year that charged almost the same amount for a property that was clearly in disrepair and not cleaned well- THIS property is exactly the opposite of that and worth every single penny! Everything is clean, the owner cares SO much about her property and was very kind and easy to reach. The finishes and design elements are well thought out and all go together and there are lots of places to gather as a family. It’s a short walk to shops and restaurants, a short drive to grocery stores and right on the beach! I personally loved that this property is in a neighborhood that takes quiet time seriously. It made for a really peaceful stay, day and night, however if you’re looking for a place to party or if your group is boisterous you probably won’t have a great time. There are notices about fines for noise complaints in multiple places and I’d imagine they aren’t just empty threats. My only suggestion would be to add some checkout procedures to the binder in the living room as there are a few notices about garbage fines for the roof and we weren’t sure if we might be missing other areas of checking out we needed to do but it only took a quick text to the owner to find out! Overall we had a wonderful time and it was difficult to leave on checkout day. I truly hope we will be back sooner than later!

I grew up in Venice California and always lived near the beach. I graduated from Venice High. I moved away from the beach, but my heart said to return. The house was built in 1926 and weathered the 1927 floods. In 2003, the entire house was gutted and a complete one story remodel. In 2012, the house was redesigned adding a second story and rooftop patio.

I rented this house for two years and fell in love with it. I had the opportunity to purchase the house. To live across the street from the ocean was a dream come true. Belmont Shores was a kept secret for along time. It's not a secret anymore.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The area is amazing. Where else can you walk to dinner, have drinks at the local sports bar, drink coffee, then walk across the street and sit on the beach. When your tired of sitting in the sand, you can walk up to the rooftop and enjoy the views while soaking in a hot jacuzzi.
