Maison moderne et spacieuse de 5 chambres - située dans le vieux Torquay

À un peu plus d'une heure de Melbourne, c'est le week-end parfait ou une retraite de vacances.
Entièrement rénové, 5 chambres plus 3. Maison de 5 salles de bains au coeur du vieux Torquay. À distance de marche des plages, des parcs, des cafés, des restaurants, des supermarchés et des magasins de surf. Situé sur un bloc de 1200m2, il offre beaucoup d'intimité et de sécurité. Notre endroit est idéal pour les familles (avec enfants), les grands groupes et les amis à fourrure (animaux de compagnie à l'extérieur uniquement).
Nous avons consacré de nombreuses heures et beaucoup de soin à transformer cette maison en maison, que nous aimons maintenant partager avec les autres. Nous aimerions que nos clients apprécient la propriété autant que nous. Nous prenons donc un soin particulier et sommes fiers de maintenir et de présenter la maison aux clients dans un état impeccable à chaque fois. Nous avons fait un effort supplémentaire pour fournir non seulement tout le confort de la maison, mais aussi des extras tels que des jeux et des divertissements.

This property was amazing for a large group of people. It was extremely well stocked with everything we needed for a large family. The yard is well protected and safe for pets. The pool and spa area is lovely and the dining area is great with a table that can seat 10 people comfortably. The bedrooms were all large and having multiple toilets and bathrooms was fabulous. We had a great time staying at this property and would highly recommend it.

We had the best weekend in Torquay, house is fantastic everything you need in the large kitchen, plenty if toilets and showers, lovely renovated home. Pool and spa fantastic, spent a lot of time in the pool house area relaxing. Thanks Marco for the early check in that was great. Location is perfect 5 minutes to beach and town centre. Amazing house in an amazing location

This place has it all, and more! We were looking for the ideal house for a low key 40th birthday celebration for my wife and this house ticked all the boxes. All 5 bedrooms were spacious and there were plenty of bathrooms for 10 adults and a couple of babies under 12 months. Highly recommend for any weekend away especially because of the heated spa and pool, and lovely yard space. Was also walking distance to all the shops, cafes and restaurants we were keen to check out. Would definitely stay again!!

Girls trip

We had the best stay, the house was beautiful, immaculate, inviting and had everything you needed even down to shampoo and conditioner! We spend a lot of time in the heated pool and spa during the day then relaxed on the big couch all together watching a movie. Such a relaxing and fun girls get away and will be back! Marco and Natalia are amazing hosts, great with communication and very accommodating, we will definitely be back soon!

Incredible home and beautiful location

Wow we were so blown away by this beautiful property. Extremely comfortable and luxurious stay , the heated spa was a hit with the adults and the kids! The hosts were incredibly responsive and very helpful. The property is on one of the best locations in Torquay - walking distance to the beach, cafes, shops and surf outlets! We thought we’d be spending all of our time outside of the house but the house was so Amazing we spent each afternoon by the pool and each evening playing games (excellent games cupboard!) We really look forward to staying here again soon.

Perfect getaway for groups of couples

My friends and I take a weekend away together every year before Christmas. As the number of partners has grown it was amazing to find a nice place to stay with a large number of queen beds.The house was stunning, very clean, huge and had an amazing yard and the kitchen was refreshingly well-stocked with utensils, plates, cookware etc. The pool area was great and the whole place was so nice that we barely ever left even though we were a stones through from the beach.Thank you for having us!

House was great but there needs to be a better way of advising sleeping arrangements as I booked for 5 adults and 2 children and only 3 queen beds were made up and 6 towels provided. No beds for the children. Last minute availability of late check was really appreciated

We apologise for the misunderstanding regarding the number of guests - The original booking was for 6 guests (not 7) and bedding arrangements were not specified prior to arrival. There was linen for the additional beds in the linen-cupboard and all was resolved by a quick phone call.

Everything you need under the one roof!

House was great, it was actually a lot bigger than the photos presented! Everything we needed for the whole weekend was included, even had shower gel and shampoo and conditioner in every shower! Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the house! Great walking distance to everything as well, didn’t need the car once we arrived! Thanks Marco and Natalia!

With European & South American backgrounds, we have spent many Summers travelling through Europe, where we love to enjoy the sun, shopping, and most of all the amazing variety of food! And we're always up for an impromptu trip to Hong Kong, Singapore, Byron Bay, or even LA, as a quick couple's getaway, or a fun family adventure with friends.

Recently, much closer to home, we discovered a love for Torquay, with it's friendly community, amazing beaches and incredible sights all within a short distance. This led us to buy and renovate a house in Old Torquay, with all the best of the area at our doorstep.
