Oakridge Holiday House has a private, sheltered location at the village of Killiecrankie, northern Flinders Island. Only 7 minutes relaxing walk to be exploring one of the most beautiful beaches on the Island, if not the world! Enjoy the clean island air, the beautiful beaches & the spectacular scenery. Come for a week or more and enjoy a 10% discount.

House- sunny, generous, comfortable, older style, warm, free WiFi

Bedrooms x 3: 1 queen sized bed, 2 bedrooms with twin single beds.

Bathrooms x 2: indoor bathroom (shower, basin & toilet), outside bathroom /laundry (shower, toilet), extra outside shower (with hot water) for after beach activities.

Kitchen: full stove, fridge, microwave, fully equipped for self catering, dining area.

Lounge & dining: couches, extra dining area, smart TV , glass doors open on to a large deck

Deck: gas barbecue, table & chairs, view of distant hills & Mt Boyes, Wingaroo National Park & sunrise.

Grounds: spacious, easy parking.

Easy walk to magnificent beach (7 minutes), bush & beach walks, bird watching & wildlife, fishing & exploring.

A short drive north to nature reserves of Mount Tanner, Wingaroo & North East River Game Reserve.
A 20 minute drive south will bring you to the beaches of Emita, the well equipped museum, walks include the Castle Rock Walk.
A further 20 minutes drive to Whitemark airport, shops, bakery, petrol, cafes & golf course.

House was v comfortable & super convenient to Killiecrankie Bay. Loved the fireplace as Summer seemed to come late to Flinders this year. The local wildlife was amazing - blonde echidna in the front yard, wombats on the roadside & wallabies everywhere - amazing!

Nivedita was a wonderful host and her oakridge house provided a warm haven for my father and I while we spent two weeks visiting the island. Comfortable home with a warm fire for the cold nights.

Confortable and bright house, walk to beach house

We loved our stay. Nivedita stocked the house we everything we need spices cleaning material fire wood and even welcome chocolate. Comfortable and clean, nice view, quiet and close to the beach. Wifi available.Highly recommended.
