Our Tybee Vacation Rentals always feature a ton of amenities for comfort and convenience, and this property is no different. Inside, you'll find one king bedroom, one queen bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the common space. Both bedrooms include a flat-screen TV as well as an en suite bathroom. The dining room offers a table with seating for four, and a drip coffee maker is available in the kitchen. The front balcony of this unit also offers outdoor seating to better enjoy the refreshing island breezes during the day or night. This rental includes free parking for up to two vehicles under the building, but it cannot accommodate oversized vehicles. There is a washer and dryer in the unit as well. Some extra niceties include free wireless internet, AC, ceiling fans, linens and towels.

It's also very close to the main road in Butler Avenue as well as a number of restaurants and bars. It's hard to beat such an excellent location with plenty of room for the family. Adjacent is the kitchen, which offers full-size, modern appliances to facilitate making meals at home. Head into the bedrooms to find comfy, relaxing beds outfitted in refreshing ocean colors for an inviting sleep oasis.

When it comes to exploring Tybee Island and finding things to do, you'll have no shortage of options. The island is small enough to be walkable, but you can also rent bikes and explore it that way. The beaches are naturally Tybee Island's biggest draw. South Beach is the most popular, with Mid-Beach being second. These two beaches face the warm Atlantic. To the north of the island, you'll find North Beach, which is at the mouth of the Savannah River. If you go to the western side of the island, you'll find the Back River Beach. The other hot spot on Tybee is the Tybee Lighthouse and Museum. You can take a tour to the top of the lighthouse and get a stunning view of the surrounding area. Families will also love visiting the Tybee Marine Science Center with its plethora of information on the island's ecology and hands-on exhibits.

For those who love to be more active, there are also plenty of opportunities for water sports and fishing on Tybee Island. You can rent fishing equipment and take to the Back River Beach, the Tybee Pier and Pavillion, or simply surf fish on one of the Atlantic beaches. Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.
The Pool is open during the below dates and times.

March 1 - Oct 31: Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm.
Nov 1 - Feb 28/29: Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm

Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.

Day before Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving Day, and the day after Thanksgiving
Day before Christmas Eve, Christmas Eve & Day, and the day after Christmas Day

Guests with Pets
This property happily welcomes your furry travel companions! Guests may bring up to 2 dogs, with a combined weight limit of 50 lbs.​​​​​​​ Pets must be added to your reservation at the time of booking, and a non refundable $130 pet fee will apply.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For these reservations, we require an additional cleaning at a cost every 30 days. The cleaning cost varies by property. Our office will be in touch to schedule.
