Spray Point Cottage is a 3-bed holiday house in Samuel St, Blairgowrie.
Aircon, WiFi (NBN), Netflix, UHD curved TV, Full kitchen, laundry, 100m national park track to the beach.

Master has a queen bed with a funky “wet room” ensuite. Bed 2 has 2 singles that can be made up to a king. Bed 3 has 2 king singles.
The living area has extensive views over the Koonya beach dunes, a wood heater, UHD curved TV with Netflix, Bluetooth capable multi-room sound system and a library with a reading chair. WiFi NBN is included.
There is a kid’s area with their own TV, PlayStation, toys, and books. Strategically placed just far enough away not to disturb the adults.
There are 2 outdoor decked areas. The front decking takes advantage of the views and has an outdoor lounge suite with a coffee table. Adjoining the kitchen and dining is a second decked area that enjoys the morning sun and has a dining table and BBQ.
The property has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry with a washing machine, dryer and a clothesline.
The property sits at the same level as the tree canopy giving fabulous views over the Mornington Peninsula National Park. This does mean there are stairs to access the house and some internal stairs as well.
The beach house is a short walk to Spray Point, Montforts Beach and Koonya Beach. Spray point cottage is the ideal location to relax, romance, reconnect, socialise, exercise and rejuvenate. Or just enjoy the wind in your hair as the waves crash on the rocks.
The joy of this beach house is that so many things can be done from the house itself. Exploring the National Park, going to the beach, snorkeling, exploring the rock pools, tumbling down the sand dunes, watching the waves or collecting shells are all a short walk from the house.
In summer most people don’t even get to park their cars this close to the beach. The Blairgowrie bay-side beach is around 1 km away.
If you are after a bit of couples time the beach house is ideally suited. The comfy lounges are perfect for snuggling up in front of the fire and watching a movie. You can sip champagne under the stars on the deck. (Clean air off Bass Straight makes for the best displays of stars). Or you can take the champagne to Spray Point to watch the sunset. The bedroom has views over the dunes (and the stars). The en-suite has dual shower heads so you never have to leave each other’s side.
When it is time for the girls to get together Spray point Cottage is perfect. With 5 separate beds, it is the perfect size for a girls weekend. Laze around on the sofa and watch a tearjerker by the fire. Spend the day cruising the wineries, then drink it on the deck. Head down to Spray point in the evening with your champagne to watch the sunset. Do the spectacular walk down the coast to Sorrento. Have lunch at All Smiles overlooking Sorrento Back Beach then hit Peninsula Hot Springs for real relaxation in the afternoon.
The Mornington Peninsula is a golfing mecca for good reason. With Portsea, Sorrento clubs on one side and Dunes, St Andrews Beach and the Moonah links on the other, Spraypoint Cottage is the ideal location and size for your foursome. There is even room for a couple of partners as well.
