The open plan living area comprises of a fully equipped kitchen with granite tops, glass splash back and European appliances including dishwasher, oven, steam oven, plate warmer, induction cook top, microwave, Nespresso pod-coffee machine and a generous supply of cooking equipment, crockery, cutlery and glassware. The custom made timber table has formal seating for 12 but can seat more using other chairs around the house. The huge living area has a large screen TV, useful for corporate power presentations as well as footy, movies and computer games. There is also a DVD player and a PSP2 games console with a number of games and 'sing-star' contests to get everyone involved and relaxed. All of these look out of oversized glass doors and windows to the balcony and the river. On the balcony is a hardwood outdoor setting, a pizza oven and an outdoor heater so you can sit outside even during those slightly cooler seasons.

All of the rooms are large and spacious with high ceilings and reverse cycle air conditioning. The master bedroom has its own en-suite with separate shower, toilet, basin and a full bath. There are 5 more generous bedrooms, some set out for families with a queen and a bunk bed/beds and another couples bedroom. Linen is provided. There are 2 more full bathrooms upstairs plus a full bathroom and a laundry with Miele washing machine and dryer downstairs.

Downstairs and under the main roof you will find another excellent entertainment area to sit and enjoy a meal or just to relax together while the kids play on the lawn. With a modern outdoor kitchen area complete with BBQ, fridge, sink, large jarrah dining table, crockery, cutlery and glassware.

Just metres away is the peaceful waters of the river Murray where you can fish, go for a ski/canoe or sit with a glass of wine while listening to the kookaburras and watch the sun go down.
