Gorgeous self-contained cottage with ocean views, 3 bedrooms, pet friendly & outdoor spa. Pamper yourself in the therapy room, infra- red sauna and massage table to book in a mobile massage appointment during your stay.

Open plan living area with slow combustion fire & reverse cycle aircon, opening out through French doors onto a rear deck with water views.
Cook a BBQ on the back deck or enjoy the spa while your kids and dog play in the large secure back yard.

Free Wi-Fi with 3 x Smart TV's in the house (Lounge, Master bedroom & Queen bedroom).

2 bathrooms, both with a bath.

Room to park a boat.

Close to the Bibbulmun Track forest walks, Monkey Rock hike, Wilson Inlet, Ocean Beach and Lights Beach and approx. only 8 minutes drive from town.

Minimum stay is 3 nights standard periods and 5-7 nights in peak, school holiday periods.

FIREWOOD NOTICE: 
Due to a State-wide firewood shortage, firewood will not be supplied during the warmer months November to April. The property is equipped with a reverse-cycle air conditioner ensuring you stay comfortable year-round. 
During the colder months (May–October), we do our best to provide enough firewood for two nights. You’re also welcome to bring your own dirt and bark free firewood or purchase firewood locally from hardware stores or petrol stations in Denmark. This approach helps protect local forests and complies with Western Australia’s biosecurity rules. 

PETS: Well behaved dogs are welcome & booking this property is automatic acceptance of the following Pet Policy.

PET POLICY:
Pet Fee of $80 per stay.
Maximum 2 dogs (not cats or puppies).
• Fully house-trained dogs only inside the property.
• No dogs on beds or furniture at any time.
• Noise must be kept to a minimum—excessive barking/howling is not permitted.
• Pets must not be left unsupervised inside at any time.
• Guests must bring their own pet bedding & food bowls.
• All pet waste must be cleaned up and disposed of in a sanitary manner. Extra fees apply if waste left.
• Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage, inside or outside the property

This is the second time we have stayed at Seachelles - both times we thoroughly enjoyed our time and appreciated the location and the house. It is well set up with everything you need, lovely and clean and plenty of space both inside and outside to relax. The view is gorgeous and so nice to wake up to. Seachelles - perfect

Located in a pretty and quiet subdivision south of town. A short drive to many beautiful natural playgrounds….Lights Beach, Bibbulman Track…and convenient to wineries. The house is lovely and well appointed. Bedrooms were so pretty and beds comfy. The grassed garden is great for dogs and kids alike. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time down in Denmark and this property had everything you could want and more. Very well equipped, great sized bedrooms, good living areas. Fabulous location with a great garden. We had 4 adults staying here but could easily accommodate 6 or even a large family. Plenty of room for kids to play outside as well. I would stay here again. We have been to Denmark 4 times and love it down there and this has been the best accommodation we have stayed in to date. I can really recommend this property to anyone going down to Denmark and we will be staying again in the future.

Stayed here in April school holidays. Great homely base from which to explore all the natural beauty of the Denmark/ Albany area. We came back with out dog and teenagers, once more, after a lovely stay here last year. Bedrooms decent size, master has own tv and sofas too. Lounge area cosy and comfortable. Lovely pot belly fire. We really enjoyed our stay at Seachelles Cottage. It is in a perfect location with beautiful views from the lounge room and both front and back decks. Great birdlife in the garden. The home is very comfortable and is well stocked with all amenities. The spa bath on the deck is lovely and the beds are comfortable. There are many different spaces within the home to relax.
