Found in the exclusive Esperanza Private Residences, Esperanza 3BR Villa 2601 is the perfect place for you and your family. With 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, Villa 2601 can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. There are more than enough amenities available, as when you stay at this luxury property, you'll have access to the Auberge Private Residences at the Esperanza Resort and its restaurants, clubhouse with pool and foosball tables and their state-of-the-art fitness facility. Included is access to the Private Residences pools and Estrella restaurant. Access to additional areas and activities may require an additional fee.

In each of the 3 spacious bedrooms, you will find opulent furniture and decor that reflects the design of the entire property. Lavish linens and plush pillows can be found on both King beds and the 2 Double beds of Villa 2601. All 3 rooms include their own ensuite bathroom, so everyone can have their own space to get ready. Wide sliding glass doors let the warm Cabo sun into the bedrooms and allows the spaces to feel bright and open.

At Villa 2601, you'll immediately want to exercise your culinary skills in the gourmet kitchen. Featuring professional stainless steel appliances and all the tools you would need to create a 5-star meal, your guests will be wowed by the meals created here. Enjoy your meals on the kitchen's breakfast bar or at the formal dining table that has seating for eight. Open-concept in design the dining area flows into the living area, where you will find a plush L-shaped sofa with plenty of cushions for you and your guests to gather together, relax and enjoy a film on the large TV.

Oh my goodness….. I cannot say enough good things about Esperanza and the villa we stayed in. I felt like royalty from the second I walked into the unit. I pray this is what heaven is like. Great place

We've been to Cabo so many times but haven't found a place we loved yet and this was 100% that place. It's a good location to downtown. Many pool options. Beautiful beach. The accommodations were clean and amazing. It's truly a sanctuary.

Great long weekend with friends

The property is amazing. The pools, food and location were all amazing. Housekeeping comes every other day, which is an amazing perk. The unit itself was updated and very clean and well kept. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend!

Amazing/Relaxing Home Away From Home

We had such a lovely stay! The bedrooms were perfect for our needs- two masters and one "kid bedroom" with two full beds. It was unbelievably comfortable and clean. We are already looking froward to possibly coming back!! 5 stars for sure!!

Beautiful Private Villa in Esperanza

Gorgeous and spacious villa in lovely grounds of Esperanza Resort. Superb, quiet location near pool, restaurant/bar, and fitness center and 5-10 minute drive to downtown Cabo. Short walk to main resort and spa. All the benefits of the resort's five star service, including concierge services, with added benefit of privacy.. Private hot tub an unexpected - and appreciated - bonus! Will definitely return.

Esperanza, incredible, as always!

We have stayed at esperanza many times, but this was the first time doing it through VRBO and Sun Cabo. Everyone was fantastic and the trip was a blast. The villa was very spacious and I highly recommend having the chefs come to cook at the villa where there is plenty of room to sit outside or inside. Overall, 10/10.

We stay at Esperanza every year. The property was exceptional as always. This was our first time renting thru Sun Cabo. Everyone there was amazing to work with. The pre-arrival agent was thorough and followed up with me to make sure all the details were coordinated. Check in was easy and Lucia the local concierge was very friendly and accommodating as well. Highly recommend!

Not one glitch. Clean, great appliances, supplied everything you pretty much need! Gorgeous property, jacuzzi and fire-pit. The landscaping was looking at a piece of art.

Room was wonderful! Hotel is stunning. We will definitely book again! Only issue the power went out for nearly 24 hours for all of the residences in the complex. Property management was receptive but only offered to relocate us to another nearby property where we would have to stay with another family. Otherwise our stay was absolutely wonderful!

Beautiful and Clean!

Best host I’ve ever had in all the places we’ve stayed, including the Ritz! The host service is the top reason we will book with them again hopefully very soon. This facility was very secure and we never worried about our safety anywhere we visited. Make sure to rent a Golf cart it’s so much easier to get around this beautiful property with elderly people. If you need any travel or spa services just let the host set it up for you as needed. Thanks for making our very first trip to this area so special.

Beautiful Stay at Esperanza!

This was the first time staying at the Esperanza property. We had stayed at Chileno the prior year and took the shuttle over to eat at Cocina Del Mar. We knew we had to come back to fully experience the resort. The property at Esperanza is phenomenal. We’ve stayed at many places in Cabo including The Waldorf, Grand Solmar Lands End, Solaz, Chileno Bay, and I would say this one is at the top. The property is gorgeous, huge, and the staff/service is top notch. The unit itself, was beautiful and very spacious. The kids loved the guest room with two beds and Juliet balcony. Being a second floor unit, I did not expect the view to be as spectacular as it was. Even being situated towards the back of the property you have a good view of the Sea of Cortez and fantastic view of the residence pool. We took advantage of all the pools except the adults pool closet to the hotel. They were all amazing and the family pools are great for kids. We ate at the three restaurants on property and our favorite was surprisingly Las Palapas, though they were all fantastic. The spa services were great as well. Sun Cabo was easy to work with and very helpful to accommodate our stay and insure we had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend this unit and the Esperanza property for an unforgettable stay.
