Newly Remodeled, 3200 sqft apartment on the 5th floor with stunning views with the excelent amenites of the Hacienda resort. New furniture, and updated technology (Apple TV's along with Lutron lighting and homekit). 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Ocean front, corner unit with 3 balconies. 1 King Bed, 4 queens, and 1 bunk bed. Peloton bike in Mater bedroom. A full chef's kitchen is great for entertaining along with a wine cooler.

We ( a group of women celebrating our 60th BD) had a wonderful stay! The apartment was beautiful and the communication with the owner was great. He was able to get us the contacts needed for a start up grocery run and airport transportation. The complex is wonderful, the pool area especially. We even got to see a turtle release which was awesome. Just a very short walk to the marina where there is lots going on, and, if you need assistance to get to the complex’s front gate, they will pick you up in a golf cart. The only negative I could find, is that the pool bar is expensive with drinks and food, but the service is great.

The host was communicative and helpful. Check in was a breeze. The staff at the resort were outstanding, always being available and kind. Location is optimal, close to food and shops. The venue is beautiful with stunning views. I can’t say enough about our experience. Everyone had so much fun! Thank you for letting our family create some wonderful memories.

Hacienda Beach Club is remarkable in every way: the grounds and facilities are beautifully maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere and making it easy to unwind and enjoy every moment. Their hospitality and responsiveness created a warm experience, much like the best luxury destinations, and truly enhanced our visit.The location is fantastic—whether you’re seeking easy access to the beach, proximity to top restaurants and shops, or just a tranquil retreat, this property offers it all. There really is not a better spot in Cabo!The villa itself was spotless and spacious, offering all the comforts for a perfect getaway. Big screen TV’s in every bedroom and in the living room and a well-appointed, upscale kitchen are just two of the awesome features of this villa.Finally, working with the host/owner was a breeze. They were incredibly responsive and accommodating, quickly handling any questions and making sure our stay was tailored to our needs. Beautiful view

The home is beautiful with a stunning view. Everything is in walking distance. The music next door gets VERY loud at night. Take earplugs. The staff and host are very accommodating.

Spring break trip

This is our second time staying at Hacienda Beach Resort and our first time staying at this unit. We had a wonderful trip. The condo was beautiful, very clean, spacious and high tech. The owner was very helpful before we arrived and checked in with us often to make sure everything was going well at our unit and the resort. We LOVED everything about our stay and we will definitely return and book this unit the next time we come to Cabo.

Wonderful vacation week in beautiful property

Property was more beautiful in person than the pics online! Israel (Owner) was very helpful and assisted in advance of the trip offering options for transportation, groceries, restaurant recommendations. Hacienda Beach Club staff was very courteous, and the property has the best views, privacy, and delicious food and drinks. Highly recommend this unit and our family had a wonderful Cabo experience.

amazing Girls Get Away

We stayed for four nights on girls trip and had a great time. The unit was very spacious and view was amazing. The patio in the front looking at water was amazing especially every morning to watch the sunrise. The kitchen was fully stocked and we loved being able to make meals and even had a chef come cook so we were able to use the unit and hang out. The whole resort was lovely and very well maintained..the restaurant and staff were great and super friendly. The only negative being on the end of resort was the noise of the club next door at night until all hours of the night/morning. The smart sound pods in the rooms did help little. But I would definetely return and come back. Israel the owner was great about communicating anything we needed or had a question. lOvely vacation!

Beautiful comdo

The condo and resort itself are beyond beautiful. The only negative is where this unit is situated at the far end of the resort and the noise of the club next store is very loud til about 11/11:30pm. Other then that it is beautiful and very clean. The staff are amazing!

wonderful location and property

we cannot say enough about this property it was so spacious and beautiful the Views of the Bay are to die for we had the whole family and instead of booking multiple hotel rooms ---renting a 4 bdrm suite really helped keep my family together to enjoy each other I highly recommend this property also the owner Israel was a great communicator

Beautiful place!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this condo. It was perfect for our family vacation. It’s in an ideal location in Cabo with many restaurants, shopping and the marina within walking distance. We’d love to stay again in the future.

This condo was absolutely gorgeous! It is so close to everything, from restaurants to activities. The owners are so helpful and give wonderful recommendations. The staff at the resort are also so helpful. My family definitely wants to return!!

Best location, beautiful property, and very responsive host!

I've vacationed in Cabo many times and IMO the Hacienda Beach Club and 1 Homes Cabo (they are next to each other) are the best properties to stay in if you're looking for a luxury condo, convenience to the Marina/Downtown, a swimmable beach, and great service from the staff. The location can't be beat. Beachfront AND walkable to the marina/downtown. The views from these properties are stellar and they are much more upscale accommodations vs. other resorts nearby. This particular condo was spacious, in very good condition, and had a spectacular view from the balcony. The host was extremely responsive to all my questions. Most replies happened within minutes. The Hacienda Beach Club (and 1 Homes Cabo) are obviously pricey options for your Cabo vacation, but I don't think I can stay anywhere else after having stayed in both of them. Just a couple other notes... These aren't "party" properties so if you're looking for a loud and obnoxious spring break atmosphere, these are not the best places to stay. I have no issue with "all inclusives" (I've been to some really great ones), but I really like the fact that Hacienda Beach Club and 1 Homes Cabo are NOT all inclusive. Sure, you'll end up spending some more money, but there are so many options for good food in Cabo that it's nice to leave the resort and try out places. It helps that the resort is so close to downtown! You will love the Hacienda Beach Club and you will love working with the host, Israel.

Fantastic unit in an A+ resort!

The pictures do not do this beautiful 4-bedroom unit justice - it's gorgeous! It comes fully-stocked with high quality bedding, towels, appliances - everything! It is equipped as a "smart home" with all the tech you need, and truly feels like a home away from home. The owner, Israel, provides you with every resource you could possibly need and is just a text away should you want or need anything. All of his referrals were excellent as well (driver, concierge, etc.) Do not hesitate to choose this wonderful Hacienda unit for your next vacation. Some of those in our group and are already working on another booking! We will definitely be back. Thank you, Israel, for helping make our vacation great!

Beautiful Place at Hacienda Beach Club!

We enjoyed our stay in 1501 very much. Condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Beds were amazing, enjoyed great nights sleep which was a huge bonus our for a relaxing trip. We also had fun with the “smart” features for music and lights. Our only complaint was our own doing, we should have invited some friends to vacation with us since this unit was so big!
