EL ESPACIO
Parte de un pequeño complejo único de nueve unidades, esta villa es un ejemplo perfecto de la configuración tranquila del río por la que Noosa Sound es famosa. Las cubiertas orientadas al norte se extienden desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal hacia el río, donde puede tomar el sol o sentarse en silencio y leer un libro.

La villa ha sido recientemente renovada por completo a un estándar muy alto. Una transformación completa con muebles y accesorios modernos, excelentes baños con azulejos y una elegante cocina blanca totalmente equipada. Definitivamente es uno de los mejores en el complejo.

El apartamento está distribuido en tres niveles con 2 dormitorios y un altillo. En la planta baja hay una cocina moderna y una sala de estar de buen tamaño que se abre a una fantástica terraza frente al río. El segundo nivel tiene dos dormitorios de buen tamaño y dos baños. Desde aquí, una peculiar escalera de mano integrada conduce al espacio del loft del piso superior que cuenta con dos camas individuales de tamaño completo.

La ubicación única de Driftwood ofrece una sensación de privacidad, pero está justo en el río principal. Nade en el río o vea pasar el mundo desde la soleada terraza de esta moderna villa frente al río. Realmente representa un buen valor.

El complejo ofrece una piscina tropical y una zona de barbacoa, con un espacio de estacionamiento cubierto asignado para cada apartamento. Un gran lugar para que tanto las familias como las parejas se relajen y se pongan de pie en unas merecidas vacaciones. También hay instalaciones de embarcadero / amarre y una playa de arena justo a la vuelta de la esquina.

Estamos a poca distancia de Hasting Street o Noosaville, que es una gran carta de robo, ya que el estacionamiento es extremadamente raro en estas áreas muy populares.

Amazing stay at Noosa River

We just stayed here in the July school holidays and loved it. The beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we could need and the deck out the back overlooking the beach and river was fantastic. Ours kids (ages 10, 12 & 15) loved being about to paddle board straight from the beach, lots of spots for fishing and easy to tie up our JetSki. Would definitely stay again.

Even better than expected.

We had a wonderful stay at this property (despite lots of rain). It truly is even better than it looks in the photos. My husband fished right off the dock and caught several fish. The location is great. A short walk to coffee and cafes and just a 25 minute walk to Hastings Street and the beach. We would definitely stay here again if we could!

Excellent location with access to clean water outside. Very comfortable well presented home, nicely furnished with comfortable beds. Availability of bikes was a big plus so riding to Hasting St or Noosaville is less that 10 min. I would stay here again

A fabulous apartment with spectacular views. So relaxing and if you hire a kayak and paddle board you are set for the week. Pool was great, airconditioning in each bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen - great bathrooms. Beds were super comfy. Highly recommend.

Fabulous place to stay!

My family (2 x adults and 2 x kids, 20 and 16) had a fabulous holiday at Driftwood. Townhouse was amazing, beautifully decorated, very clean, everything you could need, great location, away from the crowds on Hastings Street but an easy drive into Noosa or a lovely walk. Great communication with Kym. We'll be back. Thank you.

Beautiful House

The property is very well appointed and equipped. Another review recommends getting a coffee pod machine, but there is an espresso machine, so no need. The bed was particularly comfortable, with high quality bedlinen - much appreciated. As with all rental accommodation it is well worth taking your own pillows, as we do, as softness etc is a personal preference. I took one star off the checkin process because I was confused by the need (and means) to provide proof of ID virtually on arrival, but soon sorted. I hadn't come across this requirement on Stayz before. Also I'm not sure about suitability for young children so close to the river. The host was very accommodating in transferring our booking twice over two years due to repeated Queensland border closures. Overall highly recommended.

Our deck is completely gated which assists families with young children to stay safe from the water and at the same time prevents unwanted visitors from intruding on your privacy. Asking for proof of ID at the commencement of your stay is just a little way that we can have little piece of mind of who is staying with us without being intrusive with questions. Booking was easy as was communication with our host in the lead up to our stay. We opened the door to a spacious, comfortable, and well set out living area and rear deck that overlooked the Noosa river which was only meters away. The kitchen was well equiped with appliances, including an expresso machine for our morning coffee on the deck (bring your favourite grind with you). Nice sized TV screen with complimentary Foxtel was a nice touch. Wifi access made it simple to cast our favourite streaming services without having to log in on the TV. Upstairs we enjoyed the main bedroom with ensuite (vanity, toilet, bath), private balcony and a view overlooking the river. The bed was super comfortable and the night times quiet. The second bedroom overlooked the front of the apartment complex was spacious with queen size bed. Air-conditioning and a ceiling fan is fitted in each bedroom. For the more nimble the apartment includes two single beds in the loft which is accessible by a step ladder. A second bathroom with large tiled walk-in shower is located between the main bedrooms. Cooking facilities were good, the fridge is under the bench and was a little on the small size but being on holiday we weren’t inclined to store a weekly shop in it. Access to the private beach is meters away as is the shared jetty.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, in particularly the relaxing view from the sun-filled deck during the morning and afternoon.

Everyone loved it! Great outdoor area, beautiful views, beach access, pool... The appartment was spacious, beautifully furnished, and equiped with everything we needed. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommended!

Fabulous riverside location

Such a fabulous place! The property was extremely clean, beautifully styled, very well equipped and perfectly located. Having two toddlers, it was so fun and easy to have our own little beach leading straight to the river (fenced from the deck so also safe!). North-facing also provided sun into the late afternoon. An easy walk for morning coffee to Quamby Place and a touch further to Noosaville strip and Noosa's Hastings Street. Highly recommend! We will be back :-)

Fabulous stay at Driftwood

We highly recommend this property for a family stay in Noosa. The apartment is beautiful and has everything necessary for a wonderful holiday. It is furnished beautifully and has the most comfortable beds. Although our stay was shortened unexpectedly due to the COVID restrictions imposed at the last minute, the owner was very considerate and flexible in helping us get the most out of our stay. The owner was also very compassionate and has allowed us to use the nights which we had paid for but were unable to use due to the covid lockdown, at some time in the future, removing any fears of losing our booking money. We are very appreciative. Highly recommended and great to deal with.

Fantastic location

We have lived in Qld all their lives and love all that is Queensland - fresh air, beautiful weather and a relaxed lifestyle . Noosa has been our 2nd home a now for over 20 years. It has always been a family tradition to spend some time over the Christmas holidays at the beach and after doing this for so long it was time to invest in the beautiful area for ourselves.

This has been a long time dream and now we would like to share it with as many friends and family as possible. When we cannot get to Noosa we love to travel the world exploring.

This location is perfect as it faces direct north so it is great for catching the breezes and enjoying great afternoon sunsets.

We also love this area as it is walking distance to Noosa main beach, the national park, loads of restaurants and coffee shops.

It is directly on the water and has a small beach right in front as you step off the deck. We love the fact we can anchor our jetski right in front of our property so that we can take off whenever the time is right.
