Includes a single lock-up garage for a small vehicle, supplemented by ample street parking.

Everything you need for a memorable stay is within a leisurely walk or just a short stroll away.

Bookings must be made by the actual guests staying.

Our comfortable Townhouse is suitable for up to four guests in total.
This property is not suitable for children under 8 years of age.

Please note: Schoolies are not permitted.

Please ensure the number of guests matches your reservation.

We prioritise safety, legality, and adherence to Stayz policies.
It's important for us to know and verify who is staying in our property.

HOUSE RULES

- Please respect check-in and check-out times.
- Only registered guests are allowed overnight.
- No pets.
- Sorry, No schoolies, Parties or events.
- Care of the premises, and peace and comfort of surrounding residents must be respected at all times.
- Garage accommodates small car. Please use free street parking out front for large vehicle.
- No parking in the driveway/common area of complex
- Please respect the noise curfew:
9pm – 7am – Sunday - Friday
10pm – 7am – Saturday
- No smoking allowed inside or within the boundaries of the property.
- No alcohol or glass permitted in the Communal Pool Area.
- Tie rubbish bags and put all general waste in Red bin, recycled waste in Yellow bin.
If you are staying Wednesday night, please take the rubbish bin to the curb for bin day Thurs.
- No food or drinks in the bedrooms.
**A fee will be charged for linen replacement if stained and carpet stains.
- Please take care of the furnishings.
**A fee will be charged for damages and stains to furniture.
All damages will be reported to Stayz.
- Please don’t rearrange the furniture or decor.
- Please turn off the Air-conditioners when you go out.
- Please take extra care of your keys and leave in the lockbox if you go out.
**Lost keys incur a replacement fee.

CHECKOUT PROCEDURE – (TO PREVENT EXTRA CHARGES)

- Please ensure all appliances, air conditioners and lights are turned off.
- Close all windows.
- Remove all leftovers from fridge and freezer and leave clean.
- Wash all used cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and utensils. *Wipe down BBQ
Please pack away all clean cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and utensils.
- Tie rubbish bags and put all general waste in Red bin, recycled waste in Yellow bin.
- No need to make beds, they will be stripped. Please leave tidy.
- Please leave all used towels on bathroom floor and dirty tea towels on sink.
- Please leave air conditioner and fan remotes in their holders. Leave TV remote on coffee table.
- Please leave the entrance door locked when leaving.
NB! Please leave keys in key lock box.
