Fantastic accomodation, 11/10 would recommend! The hosts, Steph and Darren were extremely helpful, organised and accomodating to us. We stayed over Christmas and it felt a bit like unwrapping a gift as we first walked through the place. The house itself is modern, open and felt very much like a 'holiday' home. It has all the amenities you could possibly need for your stay — very impressed with how well-equipped it was with everything from cleaning products, diningware, kitchen equipment, entertainment and outdoor gear. Plenty of space in the backyard with a great deck, bbq and massive lawn area. Super close to all the local amenities (walking distance to supermarket, pub, restaurants). A great all-round experience, and sure to be our go-to spot for our future, yearly visits! Thanks once again for making our Christmas getaway one to remember for all the right reasons — Kayla and family.

A beautiful and very clean property with lots of facilities. Would be great for families; due to staying in winter we didn’t get to use these but would love to come back over summer

I cant say enough about this property every thing you need there's pasta and sauce cup asoup and much more on arrival i love that they have thought about everything plenty of washing tables you dont have to run out and buy anything love the lemon tree my dog loved the back yard would recommend this 100 %

Would highly recommend the mulberry tree house. Had it all covered for 2 people or 6. Heaps of room in and outside, great deck, big yard. The bikes were a bonus, casual ride in and around town. Heaps of food options within walking distance. Only problem 3 days was not enough needed 5 days to see everything. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great house and location

We really enjoyed our stay . House was really comfortable everything we needed was available there . Nice outdoor faculties , really enjoyed the dining area . The dog loved the large back garden . I would recommend the Mulberry Tree to anyone staying in KIngscote , its so close to all the shops , restaurants and Jetty .

Exceeded our expectations

Mulberry Tree has everything you could possibly need for a beach holiday that you may have forgotten to bring! Great place to unwind after beaches and/or touring with a yard for the kids to kick a ball in and pick some mulberries for dessert and plentiful other facilities.

A fantastic house to use as a base for exploring Kangaroo Island. The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location was great - walkable to shops and the tidal pool.

The house was beautifully decorated. Just rock up with your clothes and food everything else you need is supplied, loved staying here. Attention to detail was excellent. The house was spacious with a large back yard. Only one complaint, the floor boards were noisy, very hard to walk around the front part of the house quietly, but it is an older house. Definitely recommend this place.

Kangaroo Island long weekend

Mulberry Tree is a great location for six adults or children or any combination of the above to stay. Large rear yard is securely fenced and flat mown lawn (complete) with mulberry tree making a safe place for children. The property is within walking distance of main street and seafront as advertised, It has many convenient features for adult guests including Nespresso machine, dishwasher, terrific covered dining area and other mod cons, but also small touches like extra pots and pans for the "Master Chef" in the group, and plates and cutlery for toddlers. Our group of somewhat particular Gen X ers thought it was one of the best appointed short-stay accommodation venues we had booked. Highly recommended.

Visiting Kangaroo Island for the first time

We loved the Mulberry Tree house. The house is roomy and modern, yet cozy and very welcoming. There is nothing at all to fault, the amenities were great, the Wi-Fi worked well, the host supplied the essentials. The house is walking distance to the town center and shops, and communication with the host was excellent. One of our very favourite stays in South Australia. Thank you to the hosts!
