The Avenue - Beach and the Bush Cabin
Welcome to "The Avenue" your escape to tranquility. We hope you enjoy your time at our studio, set amongst the bush and only a 5 minute drive to Avoca Beach . We are close to restaurants , beaches , scenic walks and water activities.
The Avenue is a separate studio apartment with a large room and separate bathroom on 7 acres. A completely private studio where you can enjoy breakfast on the patio and relax in the morning sun and perhaps be visited by wallabies, horses and a variety of bird life.
Of an evening relax under the canopy of light as you watch the colourful sunsets while enjoying the outdoor fire pit.
Private access with ample off road parking with room for boat and caravan if you would like a night of luxury without setting up the van.
Linen, towels, beach towels provided.

Quant little one room cabin
Quiet and peaceful location but also close to local beaches and sporting facilities we were attending. Local bowling club had great food. Will definitely have thus on our future visits list.

Peaceful oasis.
A lovely and quiet place in a peaceful, secluded setting. The house itself is well equipped and styled with cosy rustic charm. It is a perfect city getaway for a couple looking to relax and unwind. The hosts, Leonie and Ava, were attentive and responsive. I definitely recommend staying at this property.

Relaxing location
We were a little disappointed with the actual location verses the advertised, it was advertised as being a 6 minute walk to North Avoca Beach. More like a 6 minute drive to Avoca beach. Apart from that a great little cabin to stay for a couple of nights.

Clean, Tidy, Stylish and Peaceful
We stayed her for one night and the outlook was just so nice we ended up just buying some groceries from the local shops and cooking dinner over the fire (the hosts provided the fire pit). Everything you need is at this little studio and it was a great place for a get away.
The coffee shop on the way in 'Like Minds' is also a cool cafe with very good coffee.

Beautiful quiet location
We stayed just one night but was a beautiful quiet property. Very clean, nice welcoming host. We enjoyed our night. The property is out of hustle and bustle. Short drive to terrigal and avoca. The owners gorgeous horse walked over to fence to say goodbye to us in the morning!

A lovely and relaxing stay
We stayed here for two nights. Had a very relaxing time. The venue offered everything we needed. All the essentials were provided. Very clean and comfy. And not long to drive to the beaches and restaurants. Thank you for letting us stay.:)

New Years Eve
This is a great small home that served us well during our time in Avoca. Just for any future residents looking to book this property, it should be known that this house is a kind of granny flat maybe 20 meters from the main home. Although the host was very respectful of our space and didn’t bother us, we were under the assumption that we would have the whole 7 acre property to ourselves. There is also a noise lockout at 10pm and we were told preferably not to have anyone at the house for drinks (this was on New Year’s Eve). We still very much enjoyed our stay and had a great weekend, we just wish this information was listed on the stayz website. Thanks Ava!

Peaceful and tranquility
It was definitely what I was after. We were surrounded by trees and nature! It was very peaceful and very relaxing, away from all the buzz from the city living. Just a really nice place to unwind and take in the surroundings. We were met by a couple of horses upon our arrival which was nice and the sound of birds when you’re waking up and chilling out in the patio in the afternoon.
Overall, it is a really great place to stay at. Highly recommend.
