Guests can enjoy a dining area, full bathroom with separate bath and floorboards throughout. The home features a fully equipped kitchen and a large sunny yard ensuring a pleasant and convenient stay. 7 minute walk to Flynns Beach.

Modern Amenities: Enjoy air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, plus the convenience of a washing machine. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven and stovetop, along with all the essentials you need for easy holiday living.

Prime Location: Opposite the tranquil Macquarie Nature Reserve, the home enjoys a unique setting where nature is truly at your doorstep. Wander through the reserve for a peaceful shortcut to town or follow the scenic track and you’ll soon find yourself amongst the vibrant hub of cafés, restaurants, takeaways and handy convenience stores opposite Flynns Beach.

Located 6 km from Port Macquarie Airport, Laurel 14 is a 7-minute walk from Flynns Beach. Nearby attractions include Port Macquarie Marina (4.7 km), Port Macquarie Regional Stadium (7 km) and Dunbogan Boatshed and Marina (35 km).

Lovely place for a family holiday

Fantastic location, very close to Flynn’s beach, but still quiet and peaceful right next to a reserve. The property is inviting and relaxing with everything you need.

Well equiped and comfy

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Not as good as I expected

Although this place is a good size and is in a great location, the place was not well prepared for guests. Firstly, we had an issue with spiders and ants both inside and outside. If children were to stay here, I don't think having these insects so present is safe. Secondly, we had issues with the plumbing. The pipes make a dreadful noise when anyone is showering or using the bathroom. The plumbing obviously needs to be updated! The bathroom, although spacious, is old and needs an update. The same goes to the furniture in the living room. Lastly, there is no fence around the house so there is no privacy for guests to enjoy a BBQ in the backyard.

Hi Lisa, Thank you for your review. Your feedback is important to us. Glad to hear that you found the property in a great location. I will forward your comments on to the owner & see that a pest inspection is carried out & that the plumbing is checked. Hi Lisa, The presents of ants and other insect in and around house which has been vacant for a while is not abnormal. There are cans of insect and surface sprays available and a short spray in the vicinity of sightings is generally satisfactory. We have occupied this property for 49 years without our children or grand-children having a problem. We have been in contact with the Council in regard to vibrations in the pipes caused by a combination of a pressure reducing and a non-return valve at the meter. With normal usage the noise is not a serious problem. However with taps opened excessively noise becomes a problem. The house is advertised as a Cottage, not an upmarket resort. The furniture is appropriate for a family home. The online photos show no fences. The location in a quiet back street with little pedestrian and vehicular traffic. The location for the BBQ is 15 metres from the edge of the road with an open airy atmosphere giving a view of the rain forest reserve opposite. We have never had a privacy problem and are in good relations with the neighbours. The Owners

Great place to stay

Convenient location, well kept, neat, older style place. A bit like visiting your Grans :) The two queen beds are firmer and the two singles are softer. All good quality mattress's. Pretty much every kitchen tool you'd want is there and appliances are modern and work well. We stayed 2 weeks n loved it. Will try n get it again next visit to Port. Thumbs up!

Wonderful clean well equipped house

The house was excellent It had all the appliances and conveniences of our home and was very clean and homely We would return to it when back in Port Macquarie and recommend to others
