Esta espaciosa villa contemporánea de tres dormitorios en la planta baja está alicatada y tiene todas las inclusiones modernas para esa escapada de lujo. Aire acondicionado para comodidad durante todo el año. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen y TV montado en la pared con baño, dos camas individuales en el segundo dormitorio y una reina en el tercer dormitorio.

A esta villa moderna se suma la tranquila y prestigiosa vista del canal, a 500 metros del centro comercial Settlement City y de Port Macquarie Panthers. Embarcadero compartido (solo lados este y oeste).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment is beautiful and well situated. We were a group of 4 ladies in our later years. It is a very comfortable place with plenty of room. The surrounds were very peaceful and the outdoor area is wonderful. A few issues with the cleanliness,the BBQ was very dirty and took about an hour and a half to get to a usable state which was disappointing. The second bedroom wardrobe had an unpleasant smell in it. Overall though we had a wonderful stay. Panthers club and the Settlement City shopping centre all within easy walking distance.

Great Location

Amazing waterfront location with Jetty. Comfortable bedding and plenty of room for the whole family. Well equiped with lock up double garage. Loved being able to walk to Settlement Village and Panthers club. Will definately be back.

Great location - no Wifi though.

The location is excellent being close to the shopping centre and Panthers club. It has a great view too. The unit was clean and tidy. There's a good laundry to wash and dry your clothes. Bring your fishing rod as there's plenty of Bream under the pontoon. The unit only gets 4 stars as there is no Wi-fi. Pretty much a must have these days. Optus and Vodafone 4G coverage is inconsistent and was regularly dropping down to 1mbps. Not much fun trying to hotspot my mobile for the kids on rainy days. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Reviewer Comments: Having stayed at the property previously without an issue was somewhat disappointed with the standard of cleaning this time. The floors were dirty to the extent that you would get black feet walking around with no shoes, there were some hairs in the shower and found a couple of fluff balls on the bedroom carpet. That said I will stay again as the issues are easily fixed and will expect better next time. The positives of the property far outweigh the negatives.

All the amenities work and appreciated the wifi and smart TV. There are a few minor things that did not stop a good holiday like the BBQ needs a good clean and the grill plates are rusty and need replacing but that is being very fussy and has little impact on the overall positives of this property.

Reviewer Comments: Lovely location in a nice complex- overlooking the water- very peaceful and it was nice that there was some grass area for kids. Unfortunately, some issues with the place. The fans in the main bedroom, and the bedroom with single beds did not work at all. Both showers did not have handles inside the shower so it was very difficult to close the door when showering. There was also black/ dark mould on the bottom of the shower frames in the main bathroom. The bed configuration on the website said “double and large double bed”, both were queens- made it difficult when linen was not provided- luckily there was a Kmart down the road. It was generally tidy place.

Well appointed, spacious and good location

Reviewer Comments: I have given a 4 for overall satisfaction as the villa is very comfortable and in a great location close to shops, restaurants and the Panthers club. The general condition is good except for the dishwasher which really needs replacing. The hinges on the door are broken and a potential hazard and the drawers slide with great difficulty. The cleaning needed to be more thorough. There were tissues under a bed, the area around a tap in the ensuite needed attention and the oven had lots of crumbs in it. There is also dry noodles between two of the cushions on the leather lounge. Re the question about property management, there were too many reminders about the booking - often two on the one day.

Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely week together, we were in walking distance to town, and clubs and breakwall, love the furniture in the villa and the easy care tile floor. We were able to wash in our private laundry and dry the washing outside, we cooked a couple of nights, just everything we wanted it to be, thank you.

It is in a great location within walking distance to the shopping centre, clubs, cafes and eateries. It has a lovely outside area to take in the canal views. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.The only disappointment was the lack of communication from Elders. I am still to get a reply from a message I sent the day before check in. We had no contact from them at all from check in to check out.
