Stunning!!!!!!

Plenty of rooms & spacious parents retreat with spa. A Grand Piano! Magnificent views of the valley. Equiped with everything you need. Ducted AC for those cold mornings.

The Grand Piano blocks the view

This house has seen better days, but it’s nice and has an amazing. The ducted air con heating is great. The drive is very steep, but the kitchen is equipped really well and has all the essentials you need. Overall good value for money and close to some great lookouts and walks. For some reason there is a grand piano in the lounge which blocks the best part of the view from a room and house that isn’t that grand.

Excellent house for a large group

The house was excellent for a large group with great room layouts and plenty of common space. The upstairs was definitely the pick of the rooms. Plenty of parking on the road and an easy walk into town. The driveway is quite steep if that worries anyone. The view however from the house make up for it.

Family getaway

Location is lovely, beautiful views and close to scenic world and shops. The kitchen was not clean. The stovetop was greasy and the smell was unpleasant. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and bedding was comfortable.

Everything you need for a great stay!

This is a great house with everything you need. It has wonderful views and is spacious. It was cold while we were in Katoomba and the heating worked well. The kitchen was really well stocked with lots of crockery, pot, pans etc. The house is private and very quiet. Richardson & Wrench were also good to deal with. Highly recommended!

The house was very clean but the back yard very bad. Also the bbq and the balcony both dirty. The backyard was dangerous for children and very small too, the view is not as good.

Beautiful property

A great house to stay in with plenty of room. A wonderful view even with a little smoke haze. Easy checkin and checkout process with the agent. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay

Blessed with stunning view, this house has all you need to stay comfortably. The kitchen was very well stocked and there were different room/bed configurations to fit our various family sizes. It's also only 5 minutes drive away from Scenic World which gave us plenty of time to relax and enjoy the Blue Mountains. Would definitely come back!

Amazing View

We were so very happy with this property, Tranquility was everything as advertised. Views from loungeroom are amazing, property was very clean, well equipped, stylish and with modern appliances, everything you need. We had 2 families stay, 10 in total & would book again. Thanks to owners for a great stay and to R & W Agents for great contact and smooth book in & out.

Nice and comfortable property in a good location

We stayed in the house over Australia Day long weekend: group of 4 families. Enough space for 10 people, nice veranda. Bedrooms are not equal in size and configurations - could be a problem if everyone in your group wants the best bedroom :). Cleanliness might be better, I found that floor was not up to my standards and some cups had tea/coffee marks when we took them out of the cupboard for the first time. We had power outage and there were no flash light(s) and we could not find candles so went to the shops to get some. There is a grand piano, but no music sheets unfortunately. Nice walks located nearby. Overall it was a nice stay.
