Private Luxury Family Retreat

Watermark is a recently renovated property, set up for two families or a larger family group.

Spread over two levels, the house has plenty of space to relax. There are five bedrooms upstairs - two doubles, a twin and two small single rooms. The downstairs 4-person bunk room doubles as a kids retreat, with a TV and PlayStation.

There are seating areas on both the front and rear deck, and a reading room tucked between the living room and rear bedrooms.

The kitchen is equipped with plenty of glassware, plates and cutlery. There's also a Nespresso machine, juicers, a SodaStream and Le Creuset pots. Downstairs, a self-contained laundry room caters for every guests' cleaning needs.

There is a wood fire stove and a reverse cycle air conditioning in the main living room; and an additional reverse cycle air conditioning unit in the rear wing to cool/ heat the back bedrooms. A Dyson air conditioning unit is in the main bedroom. Fans are also available if required.

The garden has a fire pit, barbecue and large seating area, giving guests a great space to congregate in the evening. A long dining table on the rear deck overlooks the gardens and is ideal for summer lunches and dinners, whilst indoors there's an equally spacious table for meals.

At the very back of the garden toward to top of a rocky climb, a cubby house provides an inviting escape for more adventurous kids (and parents).

There's also an outdoor h/c shower by the front porch to wash away the beach at the end of a long day in the sand.

The house comes with a good number of books and magazines, as well as DVDs, jigsaws and board games. Foxtel, Netflix and wi-fi are also included, as well as a Bose music system that connects to your phone or device.

We provide pillows, donnas and additional blankets. Fresh linen and towels are also provided as a mandatory cost.

Watermark is a 4 minute walk to the Pearl Beach Cafe and 'Pearls' restaurant. It is also a short walk to the entrance of the Patonga fire trail, that leads directly to the recently established Patonga Boat House.

Unfortunately we do not accept pets at the property (unless by prior approval by the owner).

Bookings are available for a minimum of 3 nights.
