Great location and a cute place. Driveway is narrow and steep but a car can fit. Not my truck lol. The floors creak a lot but very well equipped.

Great location, driveway is a little tricky, but if you are adventurous it’s all good( this is listed and should be no surprise) Loved the home, accuracy of listing and beautiful walkable neighborhood and park! Would for sure stay again!

Great little property in the middle of town and close to everything! Hosts were easy to communicate with and always responded quickly.

Family wedding

I feel property owner should inform guests ahead of the steep drive; we could not get our 2024 Lexus up it. Our car grill was too low. Our Toyota and Benz would have also been too low, so it is a very unusually steep drive. They promptly provided free parking across the very busy city road. We had to carry all of our belings across this road to get in and out of the home.

Great location but annoying check-in

Overall, we were pleased with the apartment. Even with just one bathroom for 4 adults and 3 toddlers, we felt like it was comfortable. The location is great, in a walkable neighborhood with close access to piedmont park. Because it is so central, drives to other locations in the citywere relatively quick even during rush hour. although the entrance to the parking can be a pain if there is traffic.

Perfect Place for a Getaway!

My family and I stayed for the weekend at this property and it was fantastic! The house is roomy, clean and the hosts were communicative. In addition, it was a short Uber ride, or drive, to everywhere we wanted to visit. As advertised the driveway is very steep, however we took advantage of the parking lot across the street, which was a simple solution. Will definitely stay in this rental when we visit Atlanta in the future!

Historic

Yes, the house is old put that is part of its charm. Very cute great sized two bedroom with one bath, living room and kitchen. Perfect for our family of seven, lots of sleeping room. Hosts were amazing and accommodating. They were very quickly responsive. We enjoyed staying here, it is a great location with stores & restaurants near by. Close to attractions. Would defiantly stay here again. 2nd unit is attached on one side of this unit but they have their own entrance. Parking in the back for at least 3 cars without blocking and driveway is steep but our Tahoe fit just fine. Watch your side mirrors.

Second time staying at this house. It’s an older home but well kept and clean. Owners are very responsive and check in to ensure all is good. Location is perfect. Thanks for another great stay!

Great Stay in Midtown

The property was perfect for our needs. We had to be close to Georgia Tech and close to all that Midtown Atlanta has to offer. The house was tidy, well equipped and comfortable!

Great location and clean.

Drive way is very steep, but manager says this going to be fixed. Code it get in was a little confusing but manager was available and quick to respond. Great communication with the property owner, they checked in on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. Very clean and great location.

Nice spot in Midtown Atlanta

Lora and Kellie were great hosts and very responsive. The house is clean and well furnished. We had more than enough space for our family of six. Our mini van was able to navigate the steep driveway.

Business and college trip

My husband and son enjoyed their stay at Kellie and Lora’s place. Kellie and Lora checked in via text to make sure they were comfortable and didn’t need anything throughout the trip. My husband has already stated that he would definitely plan to return to this property if work required him to stay overnight in Atlanta again.

We previously stayed at this property on our way through. We did not stay this time due to inclement weather combined with the steep driveway out onto a busy street.

The house is older and a duplex so we could hear dog of people next door. But house was clean and had everything needed for a quick trip. Very clean and organized for an older home.

The location is perfect for walking the neighbor and Piedmont Park. The house was warm and comfortable. It is an older home but we loved the charm of it.
