Please place all tied trash bags in the outdoor bins and clear the refrigerator of any leftover perishable items before departing.
Please set the thermostat to a neutral energy-saving temperature (74°F in summer / 68°F in winter) and ensure all lights and appliances are turned off.
Ensure all perimeter doors and windows are fully locked, and firmly close the front door to engage the smart lock system upon your departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Strict no smoking, no vaping, and no parties policy. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of the entire security deposit.
Max occupancy is 6 registered guests. No unlisted outside visitors or overnight guests allowed on the property at any time without host approval.
