Construit en 2010, le garage a Ă©tĂ© construit avec la mĂȘme qualitĂ© et le mĂȘme style que la maison principale victorienne vieille de 100 ans.

Entrez dans votre terrasse privée en brique avec barbecue à gaz par une porte adjacente à votre espace de stationnement hors rue. Montez les escaliers devant un pacanier géant et entrez dans l'appartement baigné de lumiÚre naturelle.

L'appartement d'une chambre a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible.

La cuisine complÚte comprend une cuisiniÚre avec cuisiniÚre à gaz et four électrique, un four à micro-ondes à convection, un réfrigérateur et un lave-vaisselle.

Le placard du couloir central a une laveuse / sécheuse.

La salle de bain carrelée a un grand lavabo sur colonne et une baignoire / douche.

La chambre a un lit queen, une grande commode et chevets, ainsi qu'un grand dressing.

Le salon est meublé d'un lit queen-size, d'un matelas en mousse trÚs confortable, d'une table à manger et de chaises pour 4 personnes, et d'une télévision à écran plat avec streaming vidéo des stations locales via Netflix et Hulu +. Un lecteur DVD et une vidéothÚque sont également inclus, ainsi qu'un accÚs Internet sans fil sécurisé gratuit.

Perfect As Always

This was my 4th time to stay here. Great location, excellent communication, nice size, well appointed (kitchen, bathroom, etc).I also like that the owners are on site, it’s not a management company for an investor group as so many properties are now. I highly recommend!

Hyde Park Charm

I came to Austin to celebrate my daughter’s 30th birthday! This lovely apartment was absolutely perfect for us. It was charming, well stocked, exceedingly clean, fabulous location, and very comfortable. The AC was very powerful (which we needed) and the ceiling fans added a wonderful breeze! Great rental property and location in Austin Texas

The property was as described. Immaculately clean, tastefully decorated and in a great neighborhood. My Wife and I had a very low-key and relaxing stay. There are great grocery stores and restaurants nearby.

Perfect Location in Busy Austin

This lovely garage apartment is spotless and comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen. It's a quiet retreat but centrally located in busy Austin. This older, established neighborhood is the perfect area for a quiet walk with easy access to excellent restaurants and groceries. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Lovely peaceful place

Great neighborhood- I love Hyde Park - peaceful Clean clean apartment! soft sheets and very comfy bed. The place has everything you need. Wish I could have stayed longer just to unwind in this peaceful garage apartment. Will stay again. The owners and their children are precious too! The apartment provides plenty of privacy but owners are available if needed. Great place!

Great quiet hideaway in downtown Austin

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. We came into town for a wedding and wanted to stay near the venue, but middle of downtown isn’t really our scene. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe while still being close enough to the action. The place was clean, easy to access, had its own parking space big enough for our truck, had restaurants within walking distance, had a filtered water pitcher, lots of closet space, and even a hair dryer and curling iron. Our hosts were kind and made sure we knew they were available if we needed them. There was also no long list of things to do at check out. It was a great place to stay!

Home Away From Home

I stayed in the garage apartment while helping my son move and loved it. It was clean, comfortable and well-furnished, and the location in Hyde Park cannot be beat! I’ve found my new Austin home away from home.

Perfect location

Secluded and Central

Located in Hyde Park, just north of the UT campus and downtown, this quiet and well-appointed apartment felt secluded and peaceful although you are literally minutes from cultural, culinary and entertainment hubs. Nestled into an enclave of older homes with streets sheltered by a canopies of trees, you really can forget you're in center one of the nation's most popular metro destinations. The hosts were very communicative and responsive. I've already recommended this property to several friends. There were literally zero negatives about this stay. Cheers and safe travels!
