We loved the location, the lanai was great, the kitchen had everything we needed, we had lots fun at the pool. Mike was a great host.

Beautiful place in paradise. We had 6 adults and 4 kids with plenty of room, there was a pack-n-play provided by the host. The Lanai offers beautiful sunrises listening to the palms and birds was an added bonus! Thanks Mike! We had a wonderful vacation.

Our favorite location on our favorite island. The property manager, Mike, was outstanding in communication and assistance as we were navigating accommodation options as our flights were delayed and cancelled for a numberof days due to the storms. He went above and beyond!!

Great house and location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. House was clean and beach gear was nice. Neighborhood was great with really nice pools and gym. Walkable to local shops and grocery stores. The house came with access to the nearby beach which was very nice - we enjoyed this many days!

Great stay

This place was perfect for our multigeneration family. Lots of space with a great layout. We enjoyed the large and open family/kitchen area. The pool area is great, and we enjoyed access to the private beach club. Plenty of beach towels, boogie boards, and toys. We would happily stay here again!

The house was perfect for our family vacation. Everything mentioned in the listing was just as we experienced at the house. Great, safe location. Nice neighborhood pool and gym. We would definitely stay here again.

Unforgettable stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We truly enjoyed our stay at KaMilo 224. The condo was spacious and beautifully decorated. We never got tired of watching the sunrise from the lanai with unobstructed views. The condo was equipped with 4 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, a cooler, and several snorkel sets. The beach chairs were a bit beat up with the torn shoulder straps. A few of the glasses still had stain on them (dishes and coffee cups were clean). The kitchen was well equipped except for limited condiments. Bring your own if you need more than salt and pepper.

Fantastic property. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. We didn’t have to worry about the small things like enough toilet paper or garbage bags. Rooms were comfortable and very clean and the common areas totally suitable for 9 adults! Loved our stay and would absolutely recommend.

Very responsive property manager for a very good property.

The property manager (Mike) is very responsive for any questions and quick in taking actions. My group of 10 are really enjoy our stay in the property. The swimming pool in the rec centre is amazing. Would recommend this place.

Amazing Property

Perfect place for a large family gathering. We had a group of 10 adults, and there were beds for everyone as well as plenty of space for people to spread out. The pool complex was really nice and just a few minutes walk away. The private beach is beautiful but it is a bit difficult to get a large group there as there is only one pass for the parking lot.

Four guys on a golf trip

The home is "as advertised". The property is well suited for large groups or smaller groups where each person needs a separate bedroom. Mauna Lani is a great resort destination. Management company was easy to reach and helpful.

Great home and location!!

The house was clean and spacious in a beautiful neighborhood. Nice new appliances. Great neighborhood near Foodland and shops. We also enjoyed the access to the beach club near by. Mike, the property manager, was helpful and available to answer all my questions. Highly recommend!

Oasis in Mauna Lani

A large, homey, wonderful property with plenty of room. Has pretty much everything one would need. Beach access was easy, and a beautiful beach with better than average snorkeling around the corner. Stores and restaurants nearby, and many golf choice. Mike was great to deal with and very responsive. Great propert!choice within 25 mins

Beautiful inside and out.

Upon arrival the check in process was extremely smooth and easy. The upstairs was very spacious and open. The lanai was very large with an outdoor bbq that we used several times. All of the bedrooms were very spacious, clean and well organized. The pool(s) we’re a short walk from the house along with the gym. There is also a nice outdoor area for entertaining at the recreation area. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this home. Thank you. This home is well maintained,

The Little Things

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year in a row visiting the Big Island and staying at KaMilo 224, and we loved every minute of our trip. The were little hiccups (out of both ours and SRP management's control), but Mike was so wonderful handling everything that we didn't miss a beat on our vacation. He was responsive, flexible, and extremely kind. My daughter lost her sticker that she bought at the farmer's market in Waimea, and we only realized this after we left and he was able to help let her back in to find it, which she did! So it truly was a trip of little things all made better because of Mike! We would recommend renting though Shiwota always!!

Peaceful, easy and accommodating

Property was well maintained, and very quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the pools and hot tub. The property manager Mike was extremely helpful and kind with all my previsit and visit questions. Thankful there was directions for use of remote controls, for the non tech savvy. The kitchen was wonderful for a large family. I highly recommend this property, the house fit all of our needs and then some. Having access to private beaches was amazing. When we went to the Hilton for the dolphin experience, we were so happy we didn't stay there. Gorgeous...but way too many people. This home was quiet, relaxing, peaceful and made it easy to switch into the Aloha state of mind. Being close to the Mauna Lani Auberge was ideal. Great restaurants and less crowded. The local market was close and the most hospitable and had what we needed. So location was ideal, cleanliness perfect, well kept and managed. We will definitely be back and will stay there. Thanks again to Mike, we had a dream family vacation.
