Complete remodel from floor to ceiling with all new furnishings & décor. Beautiful Mt & water views off the back patio. Mt is illuminated at dusk. Corner unit, Ground floor. Beautiful Gas fireplace in the living rm. All bedrooms have attached bathroom and wall mounted tv with cable and large closets. Kitchen has high end finishes and stainless-steel appliances and bistro table. Laundry room, Attached 2 car garage. Nonsmoking home. Heated pool/spa.

The neighborhood: Enjoy any of the pools/hot tubs inside PGA West. Closes one across the street. Cable, Movie Channel, Wi-Fi, this is Resort living at its finest!

Great Warm Winter Get-away

I loved the experience of staying at this property. It is in a beautiful location and is convenient to local retail and restaurants and events. The unit itself is comfortably furnished, well stocked with necessities, and very clean. The host, Char, could not be more accommodating with information and response to guest's inquiries and concerns. She always responded very promptly.

Nice home for a long stay

This place is well equipped for a stay in the desert. It is a perfect location for the horse show and has all the amenities. Great view too. PGA WEST is a great place to relax and enjoy so many activities.

Wonderful Stay!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 30 day stay at Char’s villa. The property came as advertised, a great location in the PGA West complex and Char was an excellent host never failing to address our very few concerns in a timely manner. The villa was beautifully decorated and very comfortable indeed. We hope to return in the future!

Perfect Location

Char was a fantastic host - this was the perfect location. The house was wonderful. Highly recommend, we will be staying again.

February stay

We enjoyed our stay. Nicely decorated. Initially had some issues, but Char had those taken care of. The beds were comfortable and place is clean. The teal patio chairs not comfortable. We loved the use of bikes to ride in neighborhood. The unit is on busy corner, but evenings things quieted down. Convienent to heated pool.
