We were in Alaska for 10 days and this was the nicest place we stayed. Very comfortable and the backyard has waterfront to a small lake. Great place to sit a relax.

Great spot!!!

We cant possibly recommend this location any higher. It was incredibly clean, centrally located, very quiet, roomy and just an all around great place.

Long weekend

We were very pleased with the property and communication with the owners. The location is perfect for getting around town, close to restaurants and in a beautiful safe neighborhood. The home was clean, everything worked very well, comfortable beds and plenty of towels. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely accommodations and location. Directions to gain access were unclear. Luckily owner was home and got us the key.

5 star spangle in Fairbanks!

We would give it a 10 if we could. Very comfortable home. Our family of 4 slept so well. Not only are the beds cozy and comfy, all the rooms are easily made dark to block all the daylight. The house is very well maintained, sparkling clean and well stocked with everything you need. The homeowners could not be any nicer, they were kind, helpful and a wealth of Fairbanks knowledge. We came out to watch our son play for the Goldpanners, and luckily choose a house on the same street as his host family! It made it very easy to socialize. We would love to come back and see the northern lights in the wintertime.

Felt just like home! Beautiful pond!

It was just a wonderful experience large rooms beautiful comment in the backyard make it fell out very close to town and all the excursions just 10 minutes away from airport and train! Lovely owners!

Well maintained basement unit in a great location

The pond is the back is very nice. Host provided a pedal boat which my son enjoyed a lot. Location is perfect, close the the airport and Safeway. Host is very nice and responsive. Unit is very spacious and there’s a grill in the back that guest may use. The kitchen is wonderful and has everything.

Great and peaceful find!

We had such a wonderful stay in this gem! We were traveling with our 2 young children and we all agreed this was the best rental for all. The beds were super comfortable, quiet location, everything we needed to cook and be at home. And the paddle boat was great and my kids favorite part!

Great stay!

We had a great stay here. Location is ideal, view is gorgeous, and unit is spacious and fully equipped, with lots of extras. Owners were very responsive to our questions/inquiries. Would definitely stay here on our next trip, if it’s available.

Great stay in Fairbanks

Truly amazing hosts and great property! Kiddos loved the paddle boat and lake, we enjoyed being able to stretch out and unwind in the super large living room and bedroom (after many days camping in Denali). We were there for the Summer Solstice festival weekend and got to cheer on the runners right from the house! Highly recommend!

Great rental in the middle of Fairbanks!

This rental was a perfect fit for our family for our stay. We had 4 adults and 2 kids. Our boys loved the bunk bed! Fully stocked kitchen, great views of the lake, and very comfortable beds! We would stay here again given the chance.

Clean, comfortable, central location.

This is the downstairs half of a very nice home in a very nice neighborhood, central to the Fairbanks area. We visited my daughter and 2 grandsons for a week, and this place was plenty big enough for sleepovers and movie nights with the boys while mom and dad went on a date. We took the little paddleboat for a sail on the lake, fed the ducks and gathered cattails for fun. This place suited our needs perfectly and we will use it when we visit Fairbanks again.

Comfortable acommodations in a very nice quiet neighborhood

Visiting for a conference. Loved the neighborhood. Very comfortable for 4 adults, with a a large kitchen dining gathering space and well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bedrooms. Unfortunately and the weather did not allow us to enjoy the deck, BBQ and lake view up close, but did enjoy seeing the lake through the windows! Did get to walk around the neighborhood one morning when the rain was at bay! Would definitely return.

Great rental property

Three retired couples shared this rental for a week last week. The property is in excellent condition, like new. The deck and grill in the back were excellent and used several times during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped with good appliances. I recommend this rental and hope I get to return to Alaska and rent this property again.

Awesome property for family to stay!!!!

We spent 10 days at this property which is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. It is an extremely clean home, beds are comfortable and is stocked with anything you need. We had four adults and three teenagers in the home and never felt crowded. Our kids enjoyed the paddle boat and good fishing on the pond out the back door. Location is close to airport, grocery store and downtown. Pam and John are extremely generous and gracious hosts. On our next visit to Fairbanks we will not consider another property.
