Welcome to your home. away from home!!Live Needles, CA along the Colorado River area where CA meets AZ, here in the popular Rio Buena Vista Community nestled within Needles Golf Course. Enjoy the good life living along the cool Colorado River with golfing, boating, fishing, swimming, skiing & more just minutes away. The community offers a restaurant with bar (19th Hole), Jack Smith Park/Boat launch just minutes away to summer fun! There is also a new park with park benches and kids play ground. Marina Rv park is right next door with a convenient store and don't forget you can have more fun during our Fall through Spring season going off road too! We have it all! Come drive by the property and see for yourself. This community is popular among the yearly boaters and even those who wish to retire in CA but not live in the hustle and bustle of it all. Join us here on the river and relax....Beautiful 3+ bedroom, 2 full bathrooms house (not Manufactured) situated in a community called RIO BUENA VISTA. This 1820sf home has 2 queen beds, 1 king size bed and 2 Full size beds. House is equipped with all kitchen necessities. This House is steps to the river/beach in one direction and steps to the Golf course in opposite direction. Bring your side by sides and venture the many trails available.

We had a great stay in this lovely home! Easy access to Needles Marina for boat launching and renting a boat slip. Home was clean and the perfect layout for our family group of 8!

Fabulous location

Great location walking distance to the river. Clean home, full amenities. Peaceful community, everyone passing by waves at you, just a friendly home away from home feeling.

Best Friend trip with our kids

Property is very nice and neat. Everything you might need is there. In the future it would be GREAT to have an area to sit outside in the mornings. Also, a BBQ would be nice for longer stays. Overall, still a great property and Kim was fantastic.

Ladies Getaway

Kim's home was very comfortable, neat and tidy. It had everything we needed for a successful holiday. The neighbourhood was quite and easily accessible. Kim was very quick getting back to us for any questions/queries that we had. All of us felt like we were in our own homes. Definitely a great day. Thanks Kim!

Nice community. Listing states there's a bbq on private beach, but there is a locked gate. House was nice, but dishes were not cleaned prior to us checking in.

Great place. Very comfortable.`

The place was as advertised. Cool and roomy. The only downfalls were parking is a pain and no Barbecue. Loved the roomy kitchen and house. Will rent again if I get the chance.

Great location!

Kim was very nice, instructions easy and clear, house was clean, great layout, the pictures don't do the house justice. Such a fun community of neighbors and of course the best place to launch. Cant wait to come back!

Great Family vacation

Great location about 3 min walk to water. My family and I had a wonderful time and loved the space. You can literally camp out on the beach and walk home in case you need to. Only downside was the mattress in the 2 bedrooms and the mattress in the spare room are extremely firm and uncomfortable. However, the The sectional sofa was very soft and comfortable. The Garage was off limits, we were not allowed to use the garage for our stuff (vehicle, beach chairs, small barbecue, canopy, radio, small picnic table )and had to find room in the house, except our vehicle of course , which made it a bit cluttering. Also, the owner Kim was very responsive to all my text messages and gave us great recommendations for local spots. One more thing, bring ice, ice maker does not work. Overall great place to unwind after a Great day at the River. We do plan on returning,
