Il tuo condominio 2 camere da letto è completamente arredata e attrezzata con frigorifero full size, forno, piano cottura, posate, bicchieri, forno a microonde, tostapane, macchina per fare insieme a caffè e tutte le pentole è necessario per divertirsi.

Used as a business stay

Needed a p place to stay during a boat show and this was a perfect for for a few of us versus paying the money they want for s hotel tomorrow in newport. Thanks again for the help with the condo. Wish i could have enjoyed the amenities more but the people there really seemed to be enjoying them.

Great for a family!

We were in town for a regatta, and this had everything we needed. Our kids had privacy with their own room and bathroom, and the kitchen was well equipped. One minor disappointment was the construction going on. The pool was small and next to a construction site, the traffic flow was disrupted, and parking was limited. Obviously this is a temporary issue and will most likely elevate the property in the long run, but it's worth noting. Overall, our stay was wonderful!

Great Location

We had an amazing stay. The room was clean and the perfect size. I wasn't sure if the beds in the double room were twin of full. They are full size beds which made it easier for my 7 year old. The pool was fun, the hot tubs were hot. The game room was great for my son as well. It was nice that we could walk to a ton of restaurants so we did not have to worry about parking. Because we needed to bring more then one car the front desk was nice enough to point out the parking lot that we could leave the car in for free (off season). Overall, we had a fantastic and relaxing trip.

Nice stay especially if you don't look closely.

We had a nice stay and enjoyed the area and the pool, which fortunately wasn't too crowded. We were disappointed that the balcony door was locked so we couldn't enjoy the view. Also, the condo was great but the cleaning staff could have done better before we got there.

Great area!

The property was nice and was located right by Bowen’s Warf. It is not on the water, but close. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE HOSTS!!!

You work hard for your money and vacation time. Christelle & Hamilton do not! We booked and pre-paid our week long August vacation in April. We received confirmation from both the hosts as well as VRBO. VRBO continued to send email confirmations all the way up to the day before our vacation indicating that everything was all set. When my family and I arrived, the front desk did not have our name on the registry. The hosts would not respond to phone calls and only replied via text. It was determined that they never applied our money to the reservation. Their response (again, via text): "oops. Looks like the mistake was on our end." They refunded the money but we were in the parking lot of the property, in the middle of the summer, without a place for the week. No phone call and no apology from the hosts. They simply said, "VRBO should be able to assist in finding another place to stay". They washed their hands of the situation. To VRBO's credit, namely one associate "Valaria", they tried to find another place for us but there was nothing in this seaside town that could accommodate a family of 6. VRBO did work with a local hotel who could provide us 2 separate rooms for 2-nights but there was no availability after that. I'm not sure that I would use VRBO again but, if you are reading this, my recommendation is to find another host who actually appreciates your business.

Newport in April

We had a great stay! The Wyndham was nice; its really great to have two bedrooms and a full kitchen. We loved being able to walk to all the restaurants and shopping.

Perfect getaway

The unit was great! The entire property was very clean and people were very respectful of covid guidelines. It would have been great if there was a process to reserve pool time. We had to go downstairs and check in periodically to see if the pool capacity was capped or not. Would certainly stay again.

Great Location Near Wharfs

Overall, a nice 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with sleeper sofa. Furnishings were comfortable and clean. The location is within walking distance of many of the wharfs, dining and shops. The property is nicely maintained and was quiet during our stay. The owner was very nice and helpful in providing recommendations for what to do and restaurants near the unit. He was extremely quick to respond to my questions. We would definitely rent again from the owners. FYI - The property's policy is only to provide 1 parking pass for this size unit. There is a public parking garage down the street at the city's transit station that provides 24 hr parking. You can also get on the city's trolley at this station which is an easy walk from the property if you rather park your car during your stay.

Perfect condo! Perfect weekend!

Hamilton and Chistelle’s property was fabulous! The kitchen had everything you could have ever needed and the rental was spotless! The resort was very clean and the staff was helpful and provided any additional pillow, blankets, etc. that we needed. The pool and hot tub were a great way to relax and the area around the pool was very clean and kept up with as well. I used to live in Newport so I knew the location would be great and this rental did not disappoint! I would absolutely rent from Hamilton and Christelle again and would recommend them to family and friends!
