Great stay!

Plenty of room for everyone to spread out! Beds were comfy and plenty of towels for all. Great location and the pools were so nice. Will definitely stay again!

The house suited our needs quite well. The hot tub was a nice feature. Access to the house was difficult with narrow roads and utility workers everywhere. The parking pad was cramped. It was difficult to park 3 cars on it.

The view was spectacular. The neighborhood was Quiet. The manager answered immediately when I would text. The only thing difficult was the dryer had no handle. We would definitely choose this place again!

Great Place!

We loved staying at the house over New Years Eve. Four couples had plenty of room to stay and enjoy cooking and playing games. The enclosed deck with with firepit and hot tub off to the side were enjoyed.

Our group of 8 women have been taking a girls trip to the Ozarks for the last 16 years. This is our favorite place to stay and we have stayed here at least 4 times. The space is perfect for us and Rob is a great host.

Great location

Great location the resort is close and has alot to offer. We had 17-18 people and had enough room and the hot tub waa great. It could of been a little cleaner some rooms and floors where dirty upon arrival, that is our obly complaint. Otherwise it was great.

Ozark house

The location is very close to Osage beach. We just took a short Uber ride to the lake. The only issues were the doors not locking, the upstairs bed breaking when one is us laid on it, and the electric outlet electrocuting one of our guest. I let the property Sharon know, so hopefully these issues get fixed.

Great for Groups!

We stayed at this property with two other families (each family had two adults and two children). It was a great space for everyone. We chose it because it was big and close to the water park. Would stay here again!

Plenty of sleeping space

Lots of room for sleeping. Kitchen and screened in porch are rather small. Fairly clean but no Keurig as listed. Really only 3 parking spaces. We had to park 4th vehicle at a pool down the street a bit.

Huge Bedrooms

I rented this house for a girls weekend getaway! It was a fabulous house for our situation. We had 8 people and each one of us had a bed to ourselves, plus the bunk beds were still open. The bedrooms in this house are huge. 3 of the bedrooms are like hotel rooms except nicer. The house was equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. We used the grill one night and the hot tub both nights. The sunsets from the hot tub were amazing. We spent the evenings on the screened in deck. The owners have speakers on the deck that you can use blue tooth to your phone. There are all kinds of great details in this house. The owners were VERY responsive and super helpful. I would recommend this place for a large group. Lots of things to do within 15 minuets drive, including restaurants. My group of ladies enjoyed this house very much.

Perfect Ozarks Weekend. Highly Recommend

We had a group of 18, and the house entertained/ slept all of us with no problems. Owners were very friendly, and always gave us great advice on which places we should go to during the day and/or at night. They answered any questions we had about that area. We even ran into them at a bar and had some drinks with them. Some of the best hosts I have had out of all my trips. The house was in a great location to get to golf courses, restaurants, and bars. Look forward to making a trip back. Highly recommend this place!

My family and I (20 of us total) rented this home and the one next door to it for a long weekend in the Ozarks. The house was great, and very clean. Lots of stuff to do nearby, we loved going to the Landshark Bar. My grandma is already wanting to plan out our next stay here!

Great spot for a lake trip

Perfect for 9 of us for a fall lake trip. Parking is VERY limited to 3 cars so plan accordingly. Kitchen was on the small side for us, but we made due and we we're cooking for a large group. Great location and easy to get to all the good Ozark spots. Property contact was very responsive. Bedrooms we're good size and beds we're quality. Bathrooms are smaller so be prepared. Our favorite parts were the screened in porch and hot tub. They served as a perfect gathering place throughout the week. Overall, great property for the price

Great house for the family outing

Enjoyed the house as it was located close to the lake and on a golf property. Host were friendly and provided information on close by kid friendly areas. Very prompt host for any questions. Kids enjoyed the hot tub the most. The lower level balcony had webs but we didn’t end up using it at all. Overall an awesome experience. Thanks.

Perfect place for our girls shopping weekend

Highly recommend staying here! Everything was as described and was perfect for our girls shopping weekend at the lake. The big kitchen table was awesome to have with a large group plus the amount of bathrooms and showers was a plus so we didn’t have to wait on others. The hot tub was a major bonus and so much fun! We hope to book this place for the same weekend next year!
