The Sunday River Retreat, overlooks 7 of Sunday River’s 8 ski-able peaks. From the 8-person hot tub watch the groomers get the slopes ready for another great day of riding.

This spacious fully furnished house with 6 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths is more than just a home away from home with 24-foot cathedral ceilings, hard wood floors, large dining room, full kitchen, 8-person hot tub, smart TV, high speed internet, pool table, foosball, ping-pong and much more. Located off the beaten path, it is still just a 10-minute drive to the Sunday River Ski Resort and 15 minutes to the historic Bethel village.

On the main floor is the family room, kitchen, dining room, half bath and 2 bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and dresser. One bedroom has an additional set of bunk beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for many guests and includes a stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot and many other cooking accessories.

Unwind while watching TV or your favorite movie, or just curl up with your favorite book and beverage. Two sliding glass doors open to a huge deck where you will find a relaxing 8-person hot tub, gas grill and room to spread out. Covered ski storage is available off the front porch.

On the upper level you will find 2 full baths and 4 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms have a queen-size bed and dresser, the 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds.

On the lower level you will find a game room and washer & dryer. This game room has lots to do with foosball, ping pong, pool table, smart TV, DVD, board games and books.

Towels, and sheets/bedding for all beds is provided.
