Close to shopping, water sports, marinas or relaxing enough to sit home and enjoy and book around the fire pit. This is where memories are made! It worked pretty well for us, but a few things we didn’t like was the WiFi didn’t work real well and had trouble with TV. Killed a few spiders, and the last person to use grill didn’t clean out the grease holder and when my son moved the grill grease spllled all over we cleaned up best we could. Some wished you had ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. But location was excellent close to all things we did. Loved the fire pit area spent a lot of time out there visiting. Thanks
