Family Christmas

Beds very comfortable and house was roomy with 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms which made it great for 21 of us. Property manager was very good to communicate with and very accessible. We did suggest gates for stairway as we had a 1 and 2 yr old in our group, which Peggy was very open to suggestions and concerns. Would recommend.

Okaboji vaca

The home was perfect to house multiple families. We enjoyed the fire pit every nite. It was close to Arnolds Park...convenience and grocery store. The only thing we needed was a mobile baby gate at the top of the stairs...unless there was one in one of the closets.

Great property

Had 5 families staying. Lots of room for all. Great location. Only little issue were spiders but expected with being in wooded area. Very comfortable beds with plenty of towels & extra bedding. Kitchen was very well equipped.

Family Vacation

My family gets together each year in Iowa and we really enjoy staying at this property. It is spacious with two living spaces and plenty of bedrooms for our family to stay. It is newly renovated with added bathroom from previous years. It is a quiet area with huge trees for shade and a deck to hang out on. The location is ideal, it’s walking distance to the lake and close enough to walk or short drive to Arnold’s park. Highly recommend staying here if in the area with a larger group!

Great family place

Very nice place to stay with lots of room for parents, grown kids, spouses and children. A short distance to the lake and a short drive to Arnolds Park. Nice yard with a fire pit too. We enjoyed it.

Wonderful place to stay

We arrived Friday night and they allowed us to enter earlier than our check in time. Had our family Christmas and it was amazing. They had everything we needed. All we had to bring was the food!!

Okoboji Yellow House

Family reunion of 7 siblings and spouses. We loved the open kitchen/ living room and spent lots of time outside around the fire. Landscaping with multiple levels for sitting had plenty of chairs. We wished we had brought the corn hole game. Peggy was an outstanding manager with very quick responses. Will definitely come back!

All we hoped it would be

It fit our family very well. Plenty of beds and space. Kitchen had every thing we needed. Nice fire pit that we used twice. All in all a very nice stay for our family.

Great place for a big group

As others have said, the property had plenty of space for us to spread out, plenty of parking room (at one point we had 6 cars and a motorcycle with room for more), and a lovely backyard area. We enjoyed the main floor kitchen/family area. Beds were decently comfortable, and the AC worked well, which was great. Would recommend! It's a short drive or a nice long walk in to the Arnold's Park area. We did both.

Room to relax

Property was clean and inviting. It was nice to have a homey quiet place to relax besides a hotel room. There’s enough room for the noisy ones to be in one area of the house and others to have their peacefulness.
