As described

The unit was as described. We had no major issues. I probably would not rent this unit again only because the bare essentials were provided. We had to buy salt, pepper, oil, aluminum, extra toilet paper, extra paper towels, soap and sponges to do dishes, etc. We stay at Reunion quite often and we prefer to stay in rentals that have a more supplied kitchen. Other than that it was fine.

Vrbo and Evolve management great, condo owner not so good.

Booked a condo through Vrbo for a weekend business conference with six women I have never met before. When I initially booked the reservation, I had three women wanting to share the condo, so I booked a three bedroom condo that occupied up to six guests. I had three more women want to stay with us, so we added them and agreed to share rooms and beds to save money. I added everyone's email addresses to the list for the booking, that way everyone could get a copy of the reservation. I read some reviews about having difficulty checking in, and didn't want to have this problem, so I emailed the owner and asked for a contact number incase I needed help checking in. He gave me the number, and I called the day before check in, to ask about parking and the gate. I mentioned we had six women coming in at different times, and after my conversation with the caretaker of the property, I received an email from the owner of the condo letting me know owner that I booked for three people not six, and I need to change the booking number in my reservation and there will be an additional charge for three more people, because six people will use more water and electricity, even though the booking said up to six people. So I contacted Evolve, the property management company, and they said I was fine and there was no extra charge or problem. In all of the rules and info you get, for the condo, it lets you know you will not be sent the code to the condo until right before you check in. On the day of check in, I arrived five minutes uses early and sat in front of condo waiting for email to give me the code to get in. When 4 pm came and then 4:03, and I still didn't get the code to get in, I called the number I was given to the property caretaker and he said he would contact owner about email. Still no email, so by ten after four, I called caretaker again, and he had to give me his code so we could get in, because the owner never sent it. The owner finally sends me a copy of something he says I was sent on the 19th of November. Where it was sent, I have no idea, but why would the code be sent to me so early? And why wouldn't it be sent to my email like everything else was? Then, when reading the check out instructions on the info sent to me, it was totally different than what the book says in the condo. When it tells you to stick the trash outside in the white bin, there is not white bin or anywhere that looks like a place you can put your trash.🤷‍♀️

Clean, comfy and luxurious

We loved our stay here! The property manager was very kind and helpful which we appreciated since we had big flight delays. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the whole condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. The balconies were shaded from heat and provided protection from the tropical storm that hit while we were there. Before the storm it was lovely having coffee and relaxing on the deck furniture each morning. The big patio table was perfect for lunch and dinner. The hosts were very courteous providing soaps, laundry detergents and shampoos. The rooms facing the road had a little road noise, but the master bedroom was quiet and felt like a retreat. Thank you for a delightful home away from home.

Great place to stay!

Spent 4 days at this unit. Check in was easy. Door code sent in plenty of time. Well furnished. Beds and linens were of great quality. Everything you needed was provided. The tables in living room and bedroom were in poor shape, otherwise all furniture was nice. There is no dining table I n this unit. The counter bar seats 5 though. There is a table on the patio as well. The only complaint is the guest host was really bad. I reached out to him by text 3 times and he never responded although he said he did. I finally called him and then he responded to my request by text. He was supposed to notify the cleaning staff we were checking out late and he never did. Cleaning staff came 2 hours before we were leaving, advised them and showed them the email. They were very nice but said guest host never advised them. I would rent here again though.

Top Class Resort Style Vacation

Awesome Experience! Had big issues with checking in 1 hour delay until we contact property owner! Management Company never sent checking email! EVOLVE Sucks!No word from them still to the date!The Property Owner understood our situation and took action immediately! He was awesome!I’ll rent his place AGAIN & AGAIN! The Resort had a 4 of July fireworks show and we had the best seat from our Balcony looking into the Golf Course!!Are you Kidding me!!! Grounds & Pool all first class! One tip to the Property Owner;switch management company or have a talk to EVOLVE! They need to EVOLVE! Positive! BTW they have to fix the Master Bathroom toilet! Leaks water NON STOP!Could not go to sleep until I shut the water of!

Home away from home

This is our 2nd time staying at this condo and it's amazing. Very welcoming and cozy for the entire family. Close to major attractions, restsurants,supermarkets, pharmacy. We loved it.

Great location

Place was very clean. It was nice and overall very comfortable. Unfortunately, check in was difficult. I never received an email from the owner for check in code. Gladly, I was able to get in touch with the manager right away. The only bad part was that there was no paper towels, only 1 toilet paper per bathroom and not a lot of towels. Other places we have used always make sure they have the necessities until you can get to the store.

Amazing place for a getaway!

Our stay at reunion was simply AMAZING! I scheduled a trip for my birthday along with my daughter and 2 friends. (Girls vacation trip) Our condo was more than we envisioned. Mega clean, super comfortable rooms, quiet area with amazing pools. Just minutes from Disney. Gated community. We all are very satisfied. Fred was very fast to respond to my questions and needs. I would stay again in a heartbeat and will reccomend to others.

Treating me like I was family!

You will not be disappointed. I had a very small issue and contacted the owner, he was there within 2 hours. You guys, He went above and beyond!! I also had a small problem thinking we left an item at the property. The owner responded within 2 hours again and made sure they check whatever I was asking about. I felt like he cared and not just because it’s his business, but because that’s his natural. We enjoyed the condo and me being a single parent I enjoyed sitting on the back Patio by myself and relaxing for about a hour. My daughter and her friend was on the other side of the condo and I couldn’t hear anything.. now that’s a vacation! If you happen to view this property and it’s available please book it! Trust me I promise You will not regret it..

We were in town for Summit. This villa was a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle. Relaxing and great views. Property was close to lots of shopping and dinning options.

Reunion Resort Condo

For several years we have spent part of the winter months in Florida. This year for the first time we stayed in the Reunion Resort area. We are so glad that we did. The area has everything that we needed for our extended stay. Restaurants, grocery, and about everything else that we needed was within walking distance or a short drive. We couldn’t have been happier with the condo at Reunion. While located in a condo complex the units provide plenty of privacy and a quite relaxing setting. From the condo it is a short easy walk to the swimming pool. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the second floor balcony with views overlooking the golf course. The kitchen was adequately equipped for preparing meals and eating-in during our extended stay. The condo was spacious and well maintained. Any questions or issues that we had were promptly addressed by Fred from DreamHomes. We thoroughly enjoyed making this unit our “home-away-from-home”. We highly recommend the Reunion area and this condo unit.
