Fully remodeled, 3 BR, 3 BA, (2 master suites), private hot tub, 2 wood burning fireplaces, sledding hill out the back for the kids while you sip wine in front of the fireplace or indulge your 10-year-old self and join them. During the summer months enjoy a dip in the pool after a hike up the mountain or after a round of golf at one of several courses in the Vail /Eagle County area. This property is located in the desirable area of West Vail/ Buffehr Creek area.

This condo is great. Great location, 3-5 min from lionshead. Great communication. Very clean. Kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook in. Hot tub is very clean. Only room for improvement would be better beds/frame. Bunk bed instead of trundle bed. And replace one of the queens with a king.

Well-appointed Vacation Home in Wonderful, Peaceful Location

This home is loaded with amenities that made our family's stay comfortable and relaxing. Easy and very quick drive to the slopes, and we'd argue the neighborhood and views and spacious living far outweigh the hustle and bustle of Vail's ski in/ski out resorts right there at the base. The living/family room is a great spot to gather with big picture windows and a wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook whatever recipe you'd like, and the appliances are in excellent condition. The private hot tub out on the deck was clean and easy to use, and you cannot beat the views at night from its lighted mode (we enjoyed starry skies, a full moon and even a trotting fox passing by!). Everything appeared freshly painted and updated and clean. The owner was easy to work with and very helpful, too.

I was first introduced to the Vail Valley as a child when my family owned a second home in Vail. The Vail area provides the perfect setting for creating great memories on the slopes, hiking through beautiful fall colored aspen groves or just taking in the beauty of the Rocky Mountains while sitting by a cozy fire in the fireplace or on the back deck soaking up the sun and bright blue skies. I purchased the property several years ago because of it's serene setting and being only minutes from the activities, services, dining and entertainment. The green belt out the back door gives easy access for play or sledding on the hillside. The property has been totally renovated including kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living space. Linda understands cleanliness is a must! Enjoy!

Why they chose this property

Best of both worlds! Beautiful quiet setting yet close to village and desired activities. Wonderful place for families as there is plenty outdoor space for the kids to play or sled while easily keeping an eye on them from the large picture windows or lounging on the deck. The private hot tub is a favorite of returning guests. The outdoor community pool can be enjoyed during the summer months June thru August.
