Nice place close to the GICC

Came in for the USAPL Nationals at the Georgia International Convention Center. Host was easy to work with and helpful. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood looks a little sketchy, but we stayed 3 nights, including the weekend and it was quiet and we were able to rest comfortably. I'd stay here again for sure!

The Family Getaway

A beautiful home located in a quiet neighborhood with great accessibility's to the downtown and the sites boasted in the description along with many others. The Host was very pleasant and helpful they made the checking in process go smoothly. I highly recommend this location

Great host and great property!

As we arrived, our host came to greet us and told us about all the amenities in the area. She was very friendly and pleasant and it felt like we were talking to an old friend who happened to let us stay at her place. Highly recommend!

Will not be booking one of their properties again.

Check in process was completely different from any other VRBO we have booked. This lead to a group of people waiting outside in freezing temperatures.

Great Home

9of my family members and I stayed in this house for 3 days. Everything was as presented and clean. The neighborhood was very quiet but you do need a car. Wonderful beds and small touches.

BEST TRIP

THE HOUSE WAS CLEAN!!! THE HOST WAS AMAZING! We didn’t have to worry about anything! The host told us just to come and relax without having to worry about dishes and etc. This house had enough room

great location to the AUC

The home was just as pictured and had ample space for all of my guests. The location was perfect, a less than 10 minute ride to the Atlanta University Center. The house is located in a residential neighborhood and did not have much traffic (foot or car). It is important to know that the house supplies you with a starter amount of paper towels/dish soap/toilet paper/trash bags and if you have a lot of people and or will be staying for a while, you will run out! The host-a third party property management company, is very responsive and the check in process was intense but very secure. I would stay in this property again.

Horrible. Warning. Stay away

The photos must be from years ago. The neighborhood has boarded up houses next to this house. People banging on the front door at 2 AM.The property manager called and said the floors were scratched before our check in. The floors had holes in them. It looked as if it was water logged and peeling up. Cockroaches in the house. Washer stained. Rented in winter and there were only fleece blankets on the beds. This was my first VRBO and probably my last. Property manager wouldn’t return calls or texts. She hung up the one time she did answer and said to text her. Don’t respond to texts.

Met Our Needs

The property was very clean when we arrived and the beds were great! It was also close to the convention center which allowed for fair priced transportation. We did not receive ANY commuication from our host until I called after our flight landed at 5:30PM. From my experience, the host typically reaches out to let you know proper check-in instructions. Light bulbs were missing from some of the lights, there were only a handful of usable forks and we did not have any dishwasher solution available to us. None of these caused a major impact on our trip as we were typically not at the property, however, it was inconvienant enough to mention. We all agreed we would only stay again if we needed to but would not be our first option. Hopefully, this feedback only helps future guests!

Not as Advertised

Upon arrival we quickly realized the property was not as depicted in the pictures. The furniture was not what was pictured. The beds had no comforters and there were no comforters onsite. There was only 1 working remote for the 4 televisions. The carpets upstairs bedrooms were stained. We had to wipe down sinks in bathrooms. Baseboards and windowsills had build up dust and residue of drinks spilled. No check in or check out procedures. I was told to call when I was onsight then i would be given instructions on how to get in. There were no hand towels. Water for showers was lukewarm and no pressure. The neighborhood was very sketchy. We would not return to this property again when visiting Atlanta. We have used several Air B&Bs and this was by far the worst.
