Received two notifications on the same subject every single time. One email had correct information the other received simultaneously had outdated info on it. Very confusing and if I had not called to clarify the trip would have gone differently. Ex: check in times were different and WiFi passwords were different and entry codes were different. Many more examples. The confirmation email said the charge had been accepted. The other email said I had to send in a check and a hard copy rental agreement. Please fix for the next renter. Lovely place.

Wonderful

We really enjoyed our stay! Clean home, and the views from the decks were perfect. Short ride to the beach access that is also walkable. Master suite is huge!

Topsail in November

The property was great, 2 blocks from the ocean and very quiet. Property was very nice with all amenities needed, definitely would recommend. Pet friendly with dog run, was awesome. we had a wonderful time, stayed a month and felt like home. Weather was great compared to home in Ohio

Very relaxing experience

The house was spacious, comfortable, and very close to the beach. Very dog friendly. Had gates on the porch and a secure back yard. We loved it! Great place for our engagement. Only con: the place could have been a little cleaner. A few stains on furniture ans some splinters on the deck.

Nice!

We enjoyed our stay at Sea K’s. The house was nice and spacious with several nice decks. I am always appreciative of owners that allow pets and my dogs had a great time. I was disappointed in the “fenced-in back yard”. It was a small area with wire fencing that was overgrown with weeds and briars. Thankfully the house is very convenient to the beach and the neighborhood is great for walking so it wasn’t a big deal.

Sea K’s is great!

We ( husband, mother in law and me) all enjoyed very much our stay at Sea K’s. House is close to the beach, beds are really comfortable and the house is beautifully decorated with ocean theme. Kitchen is well equipped, we cook delicious fresh fish and seafood from Surfcity fish market. One thing we loved about this house was the many balconies and spaces, in the garden there is a little path to a green area, we saw many butterflies and beautiful birds. This was our first time in Topsail, the beach is beautiful, white sand, warm water, and very peaceful. There were minor things that need to be addressed,: the sink in the upstairs bathroom doesn’t drain properly. We found ants in the drawers in the kitchen and a cockroach in the master bedroom. Also, we think because the house accepts dogs, we got bitten by fleas. We don’t know if they are in the beds or the couches. We will definitely come back.

Quiet island get-away

We spent a relaxing Memorial Day weekend at Sea K's and couldn't be happier with our experience. The house was clean, updated, fresh and beachy, with all the amenities you would want with a beach house (outdoor shower, laundry, plenty of comfortable beds, lots of outdoor seating, close proximity to beach and beautiful views). The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, just what we were looking for with two young kids in tow. The access to the beach is a short walk away (we brought our own beach cart but the house also provides one) to a wide, expansive beach that is family friendly. Our favorite part was all the porches and beautiful beach and sound views at any time of day! We will definitely be back!
