About this property

Only a few steps to the beach

Lower level of a two storey luxury home just across road from beach. Comprises of two bedrooms, with one shared bathroom. Separate lounge with kitchenette, fully equipped. Outdoor covered balcony for those alfresco drinks.
Laundry facilities are available. Swimming pool is available for guest use.
Quality linens provided. Owners live upstairs on site and are available for any queries. Free wifi, TV will be provided. Welcome complimentary continental breakfast included.
Own entrance from street, and separate guest entrance to property.

We are a five minute drive (1.6km) to Papamoa Plaza and Fashion Island,which has a range of dining - McDonalds, KFC, Thai, Chinese, Indian, and several bistro type options, plus a food court within the Plaza.
We are 4 minutes drive (3km) to popular bistro Pap House, and at Golden Sands Centre - - Papamoes Bistro, Henry and Teds cafe, Tivoli Cinema is a six minute drive (4.4 km) away. There is also a 4 Square, Doctors, Gym, Physio, Vet, and several other restaurants at Golden Sands.

Approximately 12 minutes drive to Bayfair shopping Centre, which is a large retail centre with most of the big brands.

The hosts were a pleasure to meet on site upon arrival. For us it was the pool, the comfy beds and the cinema setup that worked well for us. Candice was very hospitable and gave us a lovely welcome into her property.Fully equipped and more than we had expected. She left us provisions for breakfast and some other food too. The property was modern , spacious and very comfortable. A little out of town but very easy to get an UBER. Excellent location for the beach.

The place beautiful. Easy access to beach and great location...but It really need a deep professional cleaning. It was tidy, but the dust was from ages. A properly vacuum on floors, sofas and beds and all will be perfect.

Wonderful home

Very lovely property for a very reasonable price, the swimming pool was amazing to use with the hot weather. Hosts looked after us very well and made sure we were all comfortable whilst staying.

Great location across the road from a the beach and near shops. Pool was great when the beach was too windy, amazing AV setup and a bit luxurious. Could do with a few more items to assist meal preparations but easily overcome.

Fantastic place to stay!

There were 4 of us stay at the accommodation. Both Lyall and Candy were super lovely! They greeted us on our first day and welcomed us into their beautiful home. We would definitely come back and stay again! Great location and amazing home!

Wanted to add that the lovely couple who own this had no hesitation in refunding me. Where as others would not refund. Have given 5 stars as I can imagine it would’ve been that good.

Aussergewoehnliche Unterkunft

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Obwohl wir mitten in der Nacht ankamen, war der Check in kein Problem. Meine Schwester, die hier lebt, konnte den Schlüssel schon vorher holen. Mit einer Flasche Wein hiess man uns herzlich willkommen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hatten nichts dagegen, dass meine Schwester mit Mann und 4 Kindern mit im Haus waren . Selbst den Pool durften sie mit nutzen. Wir fühlten uns alle rund um wohl. Dafür danken wir ganz herzlich.
