Year 4 Condo Stay

As always, our stay was amazing and condo exactly as it has been for the last 4 years. The view is spectacular and the balcony is our favorite spot. I love that we can get early and this condo hasn't disappointment us in 4 years and we will continue to always book with them. John is always available to answer any of my questions before & after we get there.

The condo was sparkling clean and had very nice decor. We felt right at home here. We really appreciated that the host was very easy to communicate with and even checked in periodically to make sure everything was perfect for us. The view was fantastic. There was plenty of comfortable seating on the balcony. We loved having the included beach chair service. We would love to stay here again for our next trip!

Wonderful Condo

We stayed at this condo for our 25th anniversary. It is packed with all kinds amenities and the beach chairs were an extra plus. John was a great communicator and the condo exceeded our expectations! Highly recommended. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Host was very communicative and was flexible with check in which was much appreciated. Great beach views and balcony and had the benefit of an extra bathroom which came in handy. Our first summer stay in PCB so we weren’t used to crowds or elevator traffic but overall not too bad. Thanks for everything John. Would recommend.

Excellent Stay

The property was better than described. Everything you need for your stay was included. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans etc. The closet has alot of things you might want for relaxing on the beach. The programable door lock made such a difference not worrying about who had the key to get in and out of the condo. We enjoyed having the beach service and having dedicated seating at the beach every day of the stay. The resort is well maintained and the staff are helpful. What makes this property special is the host. There are a lot of similar properties that can be booked but the host makes the difference. We were set to arrive a day after the hurricane and the host contacted repeatedly to keep us up to date on the property conditions. I would highly recommend this property!!

Perfect vacation

Every aspect of trip was excellent, easy booking and entry, well stocked unit and owner was very responsive and friendly. View and sunset from balcony was breathtaking.

We had an amazing week on the beach for our birthdays!!

We have stayed at this condo several times and have never been disappointed!! It is very clean and is updated all the time and it's right on the beach! The owner is a great guy and goes out of his way to make your stay a great one. I highly recommend!!

Great beach vacation

The owner was great to work with. The condo looked just like the pictures. It was beautifully decorated and had a great view of the beach and ocean.

A great vacay at a must stay!!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo, very relaxing! The 18th floor was perfect for the view! Everything you need to hit the beach was already provided which we were immensely greatful for! Would definitely recommend!

Great experience!

We enjoyed our stay in 1803E! The condo was clean and beautiful! The elevators were fast and the beach was gorgeous! The pools were large and the park garage attached to the building was so nice! Will definitely go back!

Fabulous condo!

The condo was wonderful and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is within walking distance of Pier Park and great for shopping and eating out. Mr. Hughes was great to deal with and replied promptly. I highly recommend staying at this condo!

Very clean. Wish bedroom had been on ocean side of building but it was comfortable. Gorgeous view of the waters.
