Beautiful, light filled flat in a vibrant Envigado neighborhood. This apartment is walking distance (not hilly!) to everything you will need, shopping, cafes and restaurants as well as a park and outdoor gym directly across the street! The neighborhood is safe and friendly with easy access to metro, taxis and uber. The home has been recently updated to suit your needs!

The Space
The space is a traditional Envigado flat with good space and light. The patio is large; with a table and chairs so you can enjoy dining under the stars! The apartment is equipped with all basic amenities to make you feel at home and to entertain guests! TV's in each bedroom and in the living room. Guests also have access to washing machine and dryer.
