Wonderful location

This is a lovely home in a wonderful location. Backing up to the golf course was peaceful and provided great views. We had easy access to Grand Lake, RMNP and Winter Park. There are a few key things in the home that need to be upgraded or tended to such as the information booklet, pillows, light bulbs, water heater. It did not ruin our stay by any means but keeps this great home from being a 5 star.

Good place to stay for our survey crew!

Nice place, full kitchen, clean, and comes with ample parking (with a couple of simple HOA parking rules). Worked great for us.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay to see the Rocky Mountain national park. Was perfect for our family, wonderful space for our whole family. Loved everything about it. Super clean and very nice.

Ski vacation

We had a wonderful time cross country skiing as a family… 9 of us, multi generations all enjoying the outdoors together . This is the second year we have stayed at this house. It is spacious, clean, beautiful and accommodates all of us comfortably. It is well designed for a crowd. The only thing missing is a hot tub. Highly recommend.

Barnelopet Weekend

We enjoyed our stay at this vrbo. We didn't do any cooking but they seemed to have most items you would need to cook. The bed were comfortable and we enjoyed playing some of the games that were available.

Spacious and comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay. Convenient location to stores/food and quick drive to WP to ski. Fit our large family comfortably. And plenty of bathrooms! Bonus!

Beautiful Home

Our stay was wonderful, beautiful home with amazing views. Location was perfect, local grocery store just around the corner. If back in the area we would stay here again. The hot water heater was tricky, we had to turn on the correct mode every day to have enough hot water, sometimes we would forget & we would get a very cold reminder while showering. So, just a friendly reminder always check the mode on hot water heater before showering. :) Other an than we had a fantastic stay. Thank you.

Enjoyed the location and the layout of the house...

We were in Granby for an annual family reunion...the size and layout of the house was great for ourselves, adult children and grandchildren. Cleaning of the property was a bit suspect, surface cleaned only. We found hair in the bathroom drawers and one of the beds. Cookies behind the bunk beds, dust and grime in the kitchen including a pretty dirty kitchen trash can. Pillows are in desperate need of being replaced - they barely resemble pillows anymore. The lights in the 2 upstairs shower areas are burned out as well as the light over the stove. The house could be perfect if these minor things were taken care of...

Beautiful home

We had an amazing time at this property celebrating the new year. The house was spacious enough for our family. The views of the mountains were incredible especially around the fire pit. We found plenty to do in the nearby area and were also able to enjoy a snow day indoors with board games. We had a great time!

Beautiful!

The pictures do not do the residence justice. This was a fantastic home on a golf course. Abundant views of the mountains, the course, wildlife, etc. We were provided with everything we needed, including rest and relaxation. And did I mention how close to running and walking trails and Rocky Mountain National Park?! A short drive to the lake and to RMNP and to Winter Park. I will say the town is still recovering from Covid and restaurants aren’t staffed fully. But we didn’t mind and ate in. Trishell was easy to work with. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home, great view

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The layout was perfect for our family and we loved the view out the back windows. It was very cold the week we were there and it was so nice to have a lot of space to hang out, play games, etc. This home is very well decorated and had everything we needed to cook meals, which we really appreciated during covid. A couple of suggestions: the bed pillows are very firm so bring your own if that's not your preference and it would be nice to have curtains/blinds on some of the smaller bedroom windows. Not a problem in the winter but I can imagine you would be up very early with the sun during summer months. Thanks for a great stay!

Another hunt season for the books

Thanks for another great hunting season. We had a great time. Warm and comfortable amenities. Great space. Some of the guys had a hard time in the small bunk beds but loved having a warm dry place to sleep after a hard days hunt. Thanks again!

Awesome, comfortable stay

Loved our stay at this property. Very comfortable, awesome outdoor deck for hanging out. Lots of space for 2 couples and a toddler and 20-30 min drive to everything we wanted to do outdoors. Grocery store was a few minutes away and very convenient.

Great Location and Property

We booked this spot for a three-day golf trip. The house sits right on the course and is super close to the Grand Elk clubhouse. We will be coming back again soon.
