Impeccable, 2e étage, 2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain, condo entièrement rénové et moderne situé dans un emplacement de choix! La cuisine a des comptoirs de quartz et des appareils en acier inoxydable avec un comptoir de petit-déjeuner très confortable. Description de l’unité: La grande salle dispose d’une télévision à écran plat de 50 pouces et d’une salle à manger adjacente pouvant accueillir 6 personnes. Good internet, comfortable bed, great location, wonderful tenants and guests in the complex. Everyone was very helpful. The fitness room is looking very tired, could use some attention. There was also some problems with the pool being closed for five days and there was never enough lounge chairs. I also thought the condo was overpriced for a two-month rental. But, I did have a great time! Thank you Kelly

Great place to stay

Kelly’s condo is well appointed, very comfortable, and clean. It’s conveniently located near restaurants and grocery stores. Kelly is very helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Getaway

We had a great 2-week stay here. The location is perfect for exploring the area. The condo was extremely clean and exactly as advertised. And communication with the owner was easy and thorough. I would highly recommend this property if you are planning a trip to the Phoenix area.

Couldn't be better

This is a wonderful place to stay! The condo is well equipped with everything you need - a well stocked kitchen with spices, condiments, a blender and much more, to a yoga matt and hand weights to for a daily workout, to pool towels and everything you need to grill on the community BBQ's. Kelly is a very caring host, who responds quickly to any messages and truly cares that you are enjoying your stay. Any concerns and she attends to them immediately. With its close proximity to everything you need, from grocery stores to eateries to a wonderful walking path, you vacation is complete.

Condo

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. We didn’t find the condo as bright or big as we thought. There was noise and we couldn’t figure it out. I believe it was from surrounding condos and the stairs outside. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable, however if you were not there early enough, you might not get a lounge chair. The complex is clean and quiet outside. It is located in a good location with all amenities in the area.

We’re glad that you enjoyed your stay however your review baffles us. The condo’s size is clearly stated in the description and all photos are accurate. No other tenants have voiced this complaint in the past as we cannot do anything about the size. In regards to the noise, some noise is unavoidable when when staying in a multi unit building such as a condo.

Responsive Owner/Could use a few updates

Great location with recreational use path behind the condos and walking distance to Grocery stores and restaurants. We had a few concerns during our stay but the owner was very responsive. We arrived to stains on the sheets in the primary suite. The king mattress was not comfortable for us. It is an old mattress with body impressions that was covered with corrugated plastic board and topped with an extremely firm foam topper that is not memory foam, then covered with a waterproof pad. The linens and bedspreads were worn and in need of replacement. The guest room had a torn dust ruffle that was tucked in to cover the tear. The carpets are extremely worn. We awoke in the middle of the night to a wet hallway floor underneath the AC vent. The owner got someone out to take care of it as soon as she possibly could. We were a 2 month rental so we needed room for groceries. The freezer and pantry were pretty full when we arrived leaving hardly any room for our own groceries. The 2nd bedroom had a slightly more comfortable mattress so we stayed in there. It's considerably warmer in there though with no ceiling fan and a crackly plastic coated waterproof pad. The outdoor pool and hot tub had issues with cracks that the bees were living in rendering these areas not usable for the first month of our stay. They did fill the cracks eventually. Would be a great little rental with a few updates.

It’s unfortunate that you did not enjoy your stay. We take all reviews very seriously and we strive to make all guests happy, which as evidenced here, is not always attainable. This review however is extremely exaggerated. When we were advised of the rust stained sheet, we immediately contacted our cleaning crew advising them to return to the condo to inspect and replace the linens in question and address anything else that required attention. The tenant refused to have our cleaning manager pass bye. We have never had a complaint about our mattresses before. To the contrary, many tenants have told us how comfortable they are. And only high quality waterproof mattress covers are used and are not as described in this review. In regards to the A/C unit, it was discovered upon discussing with the tenant and the HVAC technician, (and later substantiated by the extremely high electricity bills for the 2 months during this stay- more than 2x the usual rate) that the misuse of the system by the tenant (lowering the thermostat too low at night, - 68 degrees and colder- during abnormally cold weather) contributed to the clogging of the drain line, the unit freezing up, making water accumulate and drip out of the pan and on to our floor. The pool did have a bee problem that the tenant advised us of on January 30th (which was at the end of their first months stay, so we are a little taken aback to now find out that this bee problem prevented them from using the pool and hot tub for almost 30 days before they advised us). As soon as we were alerted, the complex’s management company was advised, the cement repairs were conducted shortly thereafter, and the bee problem was resolved. Again extremely exaggerated by this review. In conclusion, we will continue to maintain our high standards and will strive to improve our little home away from home.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was well furnished and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals at home. The pool was close well taken care of (& heated!). The location was the best. The condo is 2 blocks from groceries and restaurants and about half a mile from Walmart. Hiking was near by as was golf. We enjoyed our daily walks along the golf course. The owner was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, updated, good location

The condo was clean, well decorated, and updated with modern appliances. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes, pans, condiments and spices. Great heated pool and hot tub. Condo is located adjacent to nice green area / golf course with a walking / biking trail. Walgreens, Trader Joe's, restaurants, and many other stores are an easy walk. Kelly was always available and helpful.

Comfortable home for a longer stay

Kitchen was very well equipped which was nice for us staying for a longer period. Lots of restaurants around and a nice walking trail outside of the building. Nice to have a pool and hot tub as well!

Excellent condo in a great location!

We really loved staying at this condo! The property appears exactly as it is listed on VRBO. It was clean, comfortable, and in a quiet but very convenient neighborhood with plenty of restaurants within a short distance. Checking in and out of the property was simple and hassle-free. The owner was super friendly and easy to get in touch. The internet connection was fast for our purposes - we usually had about 4-5 devices connected without any issues. Overall I highly recommend this property!

Fantastic stay, wonderful host!

We had a truly fantastic stay at this condo! It is so well located - within walking distance of many shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and a golf course - and is furnished with everything you would need to a short or a long stay. The beds were so comfortable, and we really appreciated the quick internet and great TV/cable options. The property has very nice amenities, too - a lovely pool, an exercise room, and covered parking (a huge plus in the hot Phoenix summers!). Kelly is the best host - so accommodating, wonderfully communicative, and so warm and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend her place and would love to return!

Excellent condo &Location

The property is wellmaintained and cared for. Nice shady balcony which we enjoyed. All the contents were good, cooking pans, linens, etc. Washer and dryer included. Nice big screen tv and bedroom tv. Location could not be better. Walk to a big golf course, supermarket, all kinds of shopping within and easy walk. Very nice owner, responsive and honest. We are staying again in another of her properties next year.

Great Space and Area

"Comfortable, tastefully decorated, well appointed, great location. Close to shops, restaurants and golf." This was our first time staying at this VRBO Condo. The community was friendly, very nice people and the grounds well maintained. The Condo was clean, comfortable furnishings and beds, more than adequate supply of linens. A close proximity to the heated pool/spa and an updated well equipped exercise room. The condo description was right on! The owner was very accommodating, responsive when called and truly cared for our "comfort", a pleasure to work with. We enjoyed our stay and would recomment it!

Excellent condo

This condo is absolutely perfect! The location is excellent, it is even possible to walk to an array of shops and restaurants (rare in Phoenix). The grounds are beautifully kept, the pool and landscaping are immaculate and the BBQ grills throughout the complex are a great touch. The furnishings in the condo are beautiful and absolutely everything has been provided for! The landlord is superb and so accomodating. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it!

Beautiful Condo

This condo is centrally located with lots of shopping and restaurants close by. The condo is very nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped as is the whole unit. You will not need for anything. It has a nice balcony with great views to relax after an afternoon of golf. The grounds and pool are well kept. The exercise room equipment is up to date and maintained. We had a wonderful stay and definitely recommend this unit. The owner Kelly is very accommodating.
