About this property
Off Grid Cabin sleeps 2 comfortably and additional 2 on futon.
This one room cabin tucked into the tree line on our 100 acre farm is all you need to escape and fall off the map for a while.
Cabin has No electricity only wood stove and battery operating lighting is all you require for your stay.
Driving to it is not a problem in the summer months. During the winter you may require 4 wheel drive or most of our guests just walk in as it’s only a minute walk from behind our Log home.
Wood stove will keep you warm during the winter months and large screened windows will keep you cool in the summer.
BBQ , Bedding and all kitchen utensils supplied.
One Queen bed and one futon for your comfort.
Pack your night bag and cooler and take a load off. We will do our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

After working for over 30 years for the city of Ottawa I have begun my new chapter into retirement. Having 3 farms keep my husband and I very busy doing what we enjoy. Hosting is just one of the aspects we love about living in the Ottawa Valley. We have met so many enjoyable people from far and wide.
Why they chose this property
Please consider staying with us at this little cabin in the woods we call a little bit of paradise. No electricity, no running water, only the peace and quite that comes with being unplugged. The star lit nights will amaze you.
What makes this property unique
The view from the cabin is spectacular, some walking trails, and a short walk gets you to see the cows grazing in the fields. Staying at the cabin will give you a feeling of going back in time. Come fall off the map for a while.
