This sprawling and luxurious six-bedroom home is large enough for a family reunion, and has a private yard and grand desert views. As many as 25 guests can stay here, and two dogs are welcome for a small nightly fee, so you won't have to leave anyone behind!

Beautiful desert vistas surround the property, and the home is located in Spanish Valley close by to Ken's Lake for picnicking and fishing. It's just nine miles north to downtown Moab for dining and shops as well. Guests of this home will also receive a 20% discount off of golfing fees at the Moab Golf Club, so don't forget to pack your clubs!

The great room of the house has a sofa and armchairs for watching cable on the flatscreen TV, and a dining table for six is provided. The well-equipped kitchen has all you need to cook a delicious family meal, or you could head out to the back deck where you'll find a gas grill for barbecuing. A patio set is provided for eating outside with views of red rock cliffs.

The fenced-in yard down below is perfect for your dogs, and the playset and swings are great for the kids. Head back inside to the downstairs family room where you'll find an oversized sectional, flatscreen TV, rec/exercise room and mini alcove with toy kitchen for the children to play make-believe.

The six bedrooms of the home sleep up to 25, with a master bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom with jetted tub, second and third bedrooms with queen beds, and three additional bedrooms. With grand total of 17 twin beds among the bedrooms and the four rollaway beds (plus queen-size sleeper sofa), there is plenty of space for everyone to sleep.

There is much to enjoy at this home, and you'll have WiFi, a Blu-ray player, and selection of books. Spend days at the home taking advantage of the amenities and stunning landscape, or head out to the hiking and running trails nearby that lead to Mill Creek Canyon and Ken's Lake. Arches and Canyonlands National Parks are just a scenic drive away, the La Sal Mountains offer offroading, boating, mountain climbing and cross-country skiing, or head down the road to Atomic Tours where you can take an adventurous offroad Jeep tour to see Indian petroglyphs or otherworldly sandstone fins.

Great for family reunions!

With plenty of sleeping configurations and lots of nooks and crannies for long games of hide-and-seek, this house as a big win! We had family aged 11 months to 67 years and everyone had a fantastic experience. <br />

We watched bunnies hop through the yard, thunderstorms roll in from the back deck, and cooked huge dinners in the spacious kitchen. <br />

Be sure to wear your shoes on the deck as some boards give splinters.

Great Location and venue for a large group

The house is situated in a nice area which felt very private, and had wonderful views of the Moab Rim. The master bedroom ha a very large soaking tub which was nice. If you have small kids there is a wonderful little play kitchen inside and a kids play area outside which has a sandbox, swing, climbing area with tiny treehouse, etc. Six bedrooms and many beds and many beds provide for a large group, and the one sleeping area has three sets of bunkbeds and is great for kids.

Large, roomy, had everything we needed. Great place for large groups. Enjoyed games in the backyard. Quiet neighborhood. Close to activities. Washer and dryer use was nice to have.

Very adequate, but with many issues.

Basically we enjoyed the house, but there are quite a few items we feel need to be addressed:

There are many holes in the back yard which are hard to see in the grass. My wife backed into one while holding our granddaughter and fell. Fortunately neither one was hurt. The holes need to be filled before someone is injured.

The outside stair needs to be repaired. There was one loose board that was turned over and had nails exposed. I agree with one of the reviews that said the deck and play group in the back yard are in need of repair.

The chain on the flapper for the first floor toilet would repeatedly get hung up and cause the toilet to run continuously until one of us would release it. I think it could be easily fixed by adjusting the chain. If we did not constantly fix it, it would have had an impact on the water bill.

The carpet is so dirty that it should be replaced. I'm not sure cleaning it would help.

The screen door to the garage was about ready to fall off. I tightened the screws into the door jamb and that fixed it, but I don't know how long it will stay. The screen is not installed correctly in that there are gaps around the door that would permit insects to enter. The purpose of having a screen door is to keep insects out.

There were four trash receptacles in the front of the house, and three were full and one was half full. We had a lot of left over food in the refrigerator, but could not dispose of it because the fourth receptacle was full after we had been there for three nights.

The door knob to the deck would not lock, and I had to adjust the deadbolt in order for it to lock.

We really appreciated the number of towels and wash clothes. A few more dish towels would have helped.

We did not find any oven mitts and hot pads to take hot pans out of the oven and place them on the table.

The large coffee pot was very convenient.

The charge for dogs was very reasonable.

There is not an adequate amount of seating for meals for the number of guests that the house will accommodate. Adding another dining group on the deck would help.

A "nice to have" item would be a handicap ramp at the front door for our elderly family member. I don't know if American Disability Act pertains to VRBOs.

With the condition of the carpet and the state of disrepair, I'm not sure the price was equitable. If these things were addressed, our group would consider a return visit and/or refer friends with large groups that visit Moab.
