2 habitaciones separadas, 2 baños completos, camas queen size en cada habitación.
Además de las amplias habitaciones y la sala de estar muy bien decorada. Hay una pequeña y linda oficina / área de estudio que está separada y puede cerrar la puerta para escapar y hacer su trabajo.
Hay un lugar de estacionamiento asignado y un lugar de estacionamiento para invitados también. Ambos requerirán que cuelgue los pases de estacionamiento que se proporcionan. Es imperativo que no los deje porque se le cobrará una tarifa de reemplazo de 150. 00.

Quiet condo not far from beach

Adorable condo. Not far from beaches and attractions and Cracker Barrel (yum)! Bathrooms need updating and owner says that is scheduled for off season. Check in and out times are rigid, some flexibility would be nice. Overall a good stay. Having to drive 15 minutes to the beach is well worth it since the price is much less than places closer.

Visiting our sailor

We needed a close place to stay while we were visiting our son that just finished bootcamp. This place fit all of our needs. It was clean, comfy, convenient to everything, affordable, and safe. I will definitely stay here again!

Our quick getaway!

This property was conveniently located within a short distance to everything we needed. Check in was easy and the property manager was always available! We had a few issues and he offered to handle them immediately. Over all this was a good stay , but this property definitely needs some upgrades and not just the bathrooms.

Five day getaway

This condo was bright and spacious, and the owner very nice. You can see how he has tried to think of details to support a successful stay. His instructions were clear and he was accessible at all times. However, there were some things that made the condo unappealing, too. First, the tubs and surrounds are old, chipped and look dirty. The owner did leave a note explaining they were clean and his plans to have them refurbished when he can do so without interfering with reservations. Very thoughtful of him but still was off-putting to use those tubs. And I believe Bath Fitters can be in and out in a day! In addition, there was a very pungent, strong odor in the condo. Especially in the bedroom off the dining area. It may have been trapped in the very unappealing, stained, matted down carpet. The smell, while unpleasant, set off our allergies and made us pretty miserable. Maybe remove those nasty carpets and put down laminate floors with throw rugs? Also, in that same bedroom, the drapes were hung backwards, the linings , which were then facing outward, dirty and the hems visibly pinned up with safety pins. Kind of nasty! The garbage disposal was leaking. The owner did contact us to tell us to not use it. However, when you ran water in the kitchen sink, you had to keep a bowl under the sink to catch water. . Therefore, we paid for a kitchen that we did not use because we did not want to worry about the plumbing. The neighborhood was centrally located for shopping and highway access. However, it was not the safest neighborhood. One night, there was an argument between several adults outside that went on for a few hours intermittently in the middle of the night. Definitely ruined that night's sleep. Not the owner's fault, but that location would be something to think about in the future. So, while we appreciate the owner's efforts in some areas, we feel that a few more things could be done to make this condo check more boxes to become a place to return to.

Over all, it’s not bad. It needs bathroom updates and the bed. Cable system wasn’t working properly. Kitchen lights need to be replace and clean. Other then that, this home is good!!

Sink in kitchen has a leak with bowl underneath with stagnant water in it gross and place was not clean had to clean when I got there and was cleaned before I left trash blowing all around property a very poor mgmt trash on curbs when there is dumpsters right around corner easily accessed

Comfortable Nicely Rennovated Condo

We very much enjoyed our stay. The beds are conforatble and the place is clean. It is a short (15 minute) drive from the beach and there are a number of dining options close by. The owner communicated with us promptly and graciously.

I WAS SO SAD 🙁

I was so sad to leave this beautiful place, next time I’ll stay longer, so comfortable, so clean, so homely, nice neighborhood, restaurants and shopping so close by, the host Rod is a beautiful person, he was always reachable and helpful, my family and I enjoyed our stay for sure.. more than your money worth... SUPER DEAL!!

It was just OK

Several days prior to the reservation one of us became ill with a bad cough. The rental manager would not let us plan for a different weekend, even tho the VRBO site urges it. The condo would be great with updates. The kitchen and bathrooms need work, but seemed clean. For our visit next year we'll pay a little more and be closer to the beach. UBER trips add up.

VA Beach getaway

The condo was convenient for a brief 2-night stay at VA beach. Nice decor and setup with bedrooms and baths at opposite ends of the rental.

Rod was great. He contacted us on the day of check-in to make sure all was well and contacted us on the day of check-out to make sure all was squared away. Very responsive. The place was exactly as pictured and very clean. Quiet and a short drive to the beach!

clean & close to mall

rules for the property were extremely strict, and property manager was almost overly communicative. otherwise the property was clean and pictures were not deceiving at all. only a 15 minute drive to the beach and 5 from the mall which was very convenient.

The property manager was in constant communication with me which made the entire process simple.

The check-in process was simple. The property manager was very friendly and easy to talk to. He was in constant communication with me, which made me feel comfortable about my decision to choose that property. The neighborhood was quiet, and we felt safe about coming and going. I would definitely recommend this property to others. We enjoyed our stay!

Great Stay! Close to Beach!

We had a great stay at this property! Besides the bathroom (tub) will need an update, the property is beautiful! Nice and quiet! Very close access to beach and surrounding restaurants. Will visit again!

quiet spot by the mall

overall a great stay for the price, big tv and plenty of natural light. If you want to really relax in va beach during the summer I suggest away from oceanfront and this spot is close enough to be surfing within 15 mins or shopping in 2 . thanks rod! :)
