Las espectaculares vistas al mar y al pantano lo están llamando a este hermoso condominio frente al mar de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños ubicado en el extremo norte de la playa de Wrightsville en Wrightsville Dunes.

La cocina totalmente equipada tiene encimeras de granito, piso de baldosas y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, además de un enfriador de vino y bebidas de doble zona. Hay televisores en todas las habitaciones, además de un nuevo televisor inteligente 4K Ultra HD en la sala de estar para acceder a Netflix y otras aplicaciones, y un cable HDMI para su consola de juegos. We really enjoyed staying at this unit. It was a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a nice, open kitchen. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. Although the weather was a bit overcast, it was still a great experience. The beach is a short walk on a nice boardwalk to the ocean, and it was one of the less crowded parts of Wrightsville Beach. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Quick beach trip

We love this area, quiet and relaxing. The condo could use some deep cleaning. The kitchen is beautiful but the cookware, cooking utensils etc could be updated and organized.

The home was even nicer than the photos suggested

We love staying on the quiet North End of Wrightsville. My husband and I enjoyed the magnificent oceanfront views from the living room and Master bdrm. We enjoyed observing the birds and butterflies who flitted in the natural stretch of dunes from our porch to the sea. The kitchen had everything we needed. One day after walking 6 miles on the beach, but still wanting some more outdoor time, we rested by the pool until the sunset brought a little refreshing fall coolness. My sister and her husband joined us for a couple of nights and there was plenty of room for us to gather on the porch for sunrise coffees. Spectacular.

We would not spend the money to stay at this location again. Communication with the company was nonexistent, except when I asked to cancel and reschedule due to a dying relative. The view was gorgeous, but the amenities, beds, and interior were below par.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bryant provides an excellent experience for guests renting a property they’re managing. They answer questions and follow-up on maintenance requests. Their Service Manager is polite and takes proper safeguards against the spread of COVID-19. Unfortunately, the unit’s wine cooler was not operable...nor was the ice cube maker in the freezer.

Beautiful Beach Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in this quiet beach condo. The view of the beach from the family room and main bedroom was beautiful. A private beach was right outside the condo with short boardwalk path over the natural terrain (and shower to clean off sand). Even though it was late August, the beach was not crowded the way the other parts of the beach were near public beach access. An elevator made it nice to bring our luggage from parking spot to condo. Condo was clean with sheets and towels sealed in wrap. Balcony was nice to sit in the morning and eat breakfast.

The North end is really great for relaxing since there are less crowds - it feels like you have the beach to yourself! Bliss at the Beach

I am always nervous when renting beach condos because pictures can be deceiving. But, that was not the case with this rental! From the check in process to the location, it does not get any better. Having beach access is definitely a must and made our stay so hassle free. The beach in front of the condo was not crowded by the touristy traffic from the main parts of Wrightsville which is exactly what we wanted. The actual condo was very clean and linens were shrink wrapped to ensure they were clean. Loved how spacious it was and the kitchen finishes were great! The view from the master bedroom was EVERYTHING! And they did not skimp on the bathroom- very nice finishes! I am very picky when it comes to beach rentals and I think this will be my go to rental for Wrightsville beach!

Horrible Stay on a Beautiful Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We checked in after hours on a Monday. Though we had to make all of our own beds, the unit was great. Right at 8:00 am on Tuesday, though, we were awakened by an offensive drilling sound. We have two children who were also awakened. Coming from the West Coast, 8:00 am East Coast time is 5:00 am our time.After a rough travel, we were really looking forward to some relaxation. We gave it some time, thinking, "It's ok...we can all nap later." Needless to say, that did not happen, as the drilling continued until 4 pm. This happened our ENTIRE stay. We reached out to the company via email. Twice. We were told that the drilling would likely continue throughout our stay and that our situation would be discussed on the Wednesday following our check-out date.Bryant Reality claimed to not know the construction was occurring. However, in speaking to the construction crew, they said they did indeed have a construction schedule. Our building was the last on the list, so construction had been under way for quite some time. The construction crew was very nice and apologetic, stating that they knew the sound was offensive and reverberated throughout the entire building. Wrightsville Dunes has multiple buildings, and I would assume none of them were at full capacity during this time of the year. Yet we were not offered to move.We tried to call Mr. Perkins, but he never returned our call. We resorted to email, where Mr. Perkins replied with an apology but stated since the unit was not uninhabitable, we were not entitled to any compensation. For us, it was uninhabitable in the fact that we could not sleep, relax, nap, or be in the building without the jarring noise of jack-hammers.If the bar for customer service and satisfaction is whether or not a place is uninhabitable, that's pretty disappointing. It is also not a business that I would like to continue to support. We will be going with other rental companies for future stays at Wri

We work very hard to ensure our guests have an enjoyable and memorable vacation and hate to hear when we miss that mark. Unfortunately when it comes to HOA's, planned construction is not always something that is passed on to the many property management companies renting in their complexes. We confirmed with our team that we were never made aware of this project but had we been made aware, we would have let you know as soon as possible. Communication is key and we feel it is very important to make our guests aware of any construction or disturbances that we are made aware of, and we notify our guests as soon as we know. Our team in the field also flags things to us like new construction so we can inform the upcoming reservations and update unit descriptions on the website. We wish your experience with our company had been different and do apologize for any disruptions caused by the construction. We hope you all had a safe trip home and wish you nothing but the best!
